Buy warranty or dont buy it at all

White glow around entire edge at night.

Once I noticed it I couldn't unsee the flaw. It's very noticable. Pictures included. Called Best Buy and they went ahead and picked up the TV while bringing a new one at the same time. Turned the new one on and same experience. I ended up returning the TV again and decided to go with a Samsung. Huge difference. Best Buy did good on the exchange and return. My only problem is I feel Best Buy should not sell a low quality product. This was just my experience. Unfortunately I don't recommend this TV.

Tv is defective Poor signals blackout a lot shutof

The television is worth a darn penny I can not enjoy my new tv will not purchase again also the guys that delivered the tv push it off the truck as if I didn't see them I refuse to buy another television from Best Buy anyone ask when visiting my home they will be told its from BB and its a defective tv sold to me the staff cancelled my online and made it in store sale and I wish I never let that slide in Chicago on Roosevelt terrible terrible in my whole opinion

Out of date OS

Writing this review with data just tonlet you know its not personal. This tv updates only up to Fire OS 7.6.8.8 while last update to this date 8.0.x.x. You will miss some CRITICAL options onnthensetting menu as "MY FIRE TV" so a lot of actual APS wont work. Even Amazon Apps like "Fire TV channels" or even "Prime Video" wont work correctly and aometimes wont even work. Ive done 3 factory resets on one week. Amazon customer service cant/wont help. Maybe the TV ia not bad, maybe the OS neither but the combination is a pain.

Broken screen

Broken on arrival
