Been calling Best Buy needing help tv not downloading apps

I know I’m slowpoke. It’s not really Toshiba TV. It’s Hisense TV. I cannot get firetv to work. It’s checking for update for ~3 minutes. Then it says that it’s unable to update and asks to unplug and plug TV again and then it goes all over again. If you turn it off and on with the remote it seems to work first. Asks you to login and all. But then it just won’t show any icons on the home screen. I was really patient. I waited a day.

Arrived broken. They refused to refund me. It was already broken when we first opened it but didn’t notice until we turned it on.

Great quality. I can't take my eyes off it. Big screen and sharp picture quality. My whole family loves it.

Great TV to start with idk if any have noticed the orice drop in plasmas the last couple years especially for smart TVs specifically on the FireTVs but i have had all brands of the FireTV bought from best buy for several rooms in my home simple sleek and easy to install. Now the “but”…but after a couple years overtime you begin to experience stuff with the remote or TV itself and if you have an alexa device to add to it (definitely recommend it) i start to experience really annoying things like Lag on the TV for example turn on the tv with remote it takes longer than usual using the remote to open specific apps witb the presets it tales forever at first I thought it was the remote so I programmed a new OEM remote I purchased dodnt make a difference i even upgraded my wifi modem for better connectivity ans sttill didn’t do the job. So reminder if you do buy this TV or any FIRETV brand just know it’ll be great at forst but def needs an upgrade every couple years but its so cheap anyway!

We absolutely love this TV! The picture quality is great, super easy to set up, love the simplicity of the Fire operating system, it was light enough that my wife and I could hang it ourselves instead of having to pay someone to do it and the price could not be beat. Upgraded from a 65” to this 75” and it’s a huge difference.

Great TV for the money. Fire tv interface is super user friendly and fast once updated. Really love the bezel less design at this price point. Picture quality is great with the price point in mind. Currently have this 75” and two 50” in my garage/sports cave.

This TV is crisp, clear, and packed with UHD goodness. It is lightweight for its size and easy to mount on the wall. The firetv OS is quick between screens and we are still finding out all of the applications that it has. Overall an excellent purchase!

Not bad for the money. It all depends on who is broadcasting. The camera is everything. Streaming Directv and a the hockey playoffs look good. Bright colors, perfect size for my room.

Great price , easy setup and a beautiful picture. What more can you ask for. There are TV 2 and 3 times the price like the QLed’s and really you can’t tell the difference at all.

This tv is fabulous. It is thin, sits easily on my entertainment center, has a very clear picture, and is just overall exceptional. Would definitely purchase again!

Great TV for the price especially if you cant find it on sale for 4-500. The quality is great, size is perfect for any living room or outdoor patio/ indoor gym. Setup out of the box is super straight forward. When setting up for wall mounting make sure to take into consideration that the mounts for this tv are closer to the bottom instead of the middle so you may need to measure accordingly (which I had to do twice for the perfect set up in the living room) TV stand itself is nice and sturdy with heavy metal triangles. Streaming and quality of picture up there with the best of them for any genre that you are watching and you can detail the specific modes to accommodate that. So far it has been about 6 months and still love watching movies and sports on it. Recommend sound bar, but built in speakers surprisingly get the job done at a higher quality rate then I thought they would.

I bought this Toshiba Fire TV for my conference room, and it has been an excellent choice. The picture quality is sharp and clear, making presentations and video calls look professional. Honest a great tv for price and I used geek squad to have it installed and mounted would recommend to anybody that want they tv mounted and good quality for under 900$

I love this TV! I got it to replace my 55-inch TV & you definitely can tell the difference. The screen is crisp and clear and it's a fire stick so that's a plus. WOULD RECOMMEND.
