I purchased this TV as an upgrade from the 2019 55" Toshiba Fire TV. There was nothing wrong with the 55" I just wanted something bigger (75") and with the latest technology (120hz native refresh rate, Full Array Direct Lit and DTS Virtual:X) without breaking the bank. We also use Fire TV throughout our home so we appreciate having the interface built in. I have seen mention of annoying ads and clutter but we have arranged the home screen exactly the way would like and have not really found an issue with the setup. The TV has a 3.1 channel soundbar hooked to it through the HDMI Arc port with HDMI-CEC enabled to control everything from the TV remote. We've had the TV for about 6 days and can say it was definitely worth the money. The picture is a definite upgrade and my sons say the video and gameplay are much better with the XBox. We don't really use the Alexa feature so we turned the microphone off. The setup was super simple and connecting external devices was also easy. There are two positions for the stands/legs that are several inches apart. In the wider position, you can fit at least a 40" soundbar between the legs. All in all, I would definitely buy it again. There are obviously fancier and more expensive TV's out there but if you want Fire TV and want to feel like you got alot of "extras" for less money this TV checks all the boxes. The only con is the built in speakers. I would recommend splurging for a decent soundbar.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the refresh rate doesn’t pertain to the HDMI outlets. Your gaming console or Blu-ray player will definitely be 60HZ. If you utilize the streaming capabilities you’ll see the 120 refresh. All in all a great TV for the price!

I was a bit skeptical at first reading some negative reviews, that they weren’t able to get what they needed but then I thought are the familiar with the new HDMI 2.1 or how is their setup you know. Overall the tv works perfectly fine I would recommend to add all the available updates. Also toggle in the settings for your liking when it comes to picture quality. Amazing sound so no need for a sound bar. And super responsive interface thanks to the Fire TV. Great buy for the price if you are looking for a big screen tv not only that a tv that can do 120 hz and motion rate of 420. Do yourself a favor and try this model. Most would just go for Samsung, LG, Sony just to name a few but honestly with the content we currently have. Those high end tvs are worthless in my opinion until maybe another 5 years or more.

Amazing picture quality!!!! Refresh and motion rates are amazing!!! Dolby sound (yes atmos) Dolby vision, clearly more bang for your buck. Full array screen. These features would cost 1300 to 2000+ in Sony,LG or Samsung. This Toshiba is fire for the price. Buy it you will thank yourself and your wallet will be thankful too

This TV can be described in one word: Amazing! Bought this TV for my hubby for Father’s Day. Of course, something this large cannot be hidden, and the delivery was great with inside delivery, so he saw this huge box sitting in the dining room. He already had his TV professionally installed (buy the wall anchor with swivel arm listed here) and we watched Spiderman and Father Stu already. (Recommend both movies.) Amazing colors from this Toshiba TV, extremely happy. This TV is huge but is a perfect size for a living room with a feeling of being in a movie theater. My hubby is extremely happy with his new toy and you will be, too, if you purchase one of these for yourself.

I finally bought a new tv after the one i had 11 years died. I have no regrets with this purchase, the graphics are amazing and the sound is amazing. I enjoy having alexa on my tv and being able to do things just by voice is new and excited. 10/10

If you are looking for "BANG for your buck, the 75M550 is 'IT!!! For the price, Toshiba did they thang on this deal! I see the defects when watching but the TV picture quality is outstanding. To get the picture quality and all the bells and whistle this TV has you would have to spend over 2k and up easy. I don't understand why Toshiba stop competing with other manufacturer's but I quess that wanted to go out with a BANG after years of being obsolete. Lastly....I don't know why the 75 is killing the 65 in picture quality. The blacks and reds are fire on the 75 or should more in depth.

The television is great and it meets all expectations. As a FireTV user, I find that the operating system runs faster and way better given that is integrated into the hardware. Also just to clarify...the 75inch version has a RefreshRate of 120HZ(see pictures). I can also abide by this. The 55inch on the other hand is 60HZ.

Great tv, only issues we have had is that it occasionally struggles with Disney+ but only the kid’s profile, so that could easily be a Disney+ issue. Video quality is good and sound is good

This Tv came with Alexa! Plus have rate 100hz it made a better clarified view!

Do not be fooled by this TV's purported 120hz refresh rate - it only supports 4K @ 60hz for any HDMI-connected devices. Toshiba offers a similar 4K TV at $200 less, but the cheaper model has a refresh rate of 60hz instead of 120hz. I paid the extra $200 for the 120hz refresh rate for gaming on my Xbox Series X. Come to find out, even though the HDMI inputs are HDMI 2.1, they only support a maxmimum of 4K @ 60hz. The only way you're going to see anything at 120hz on this tv is if you download a game from the Fire TV Store that supports 4K @ 120hz. The advertised 120hz refresh rate is very misleading and doesn't apply to any of the inputs. At this price, you're better off going with a more affordable 60hz option. With this tv, you're paying for a refresh rate that you can't use.

This tv is great love the size and built in speakers are amazing no need for a sound bar also everything can be controlled by Alexa that's a plus

Excellent picture and super fast processor. 4K videos make you feel like you are there and the built in Dolby Atmos is a game changer in sound. Toshiba’s REGZA is amazing.

This TV has been fantastic. My husband and I installed it ourselves and the process was very easy. The detail on the screen is spectacular.

This TV worked fine for 18 months. Then I reset it and have not been able to pair my phone which is needed and start up for three weeks. I’ve tried everything I’ve seen online and still I’m not able to use my TV if you purchase this TV do not reset it ever.

I was able to pick up this TV at roughly half the original price making it an excellent deal for a 120hz refresh rate, full array local dimming TV of this size. Picture Overall, the picture quality is excellent after making a few adjustments to the picture settings. There are crisp details and bright colors. This appears to be an IPS screen, so the blacks in dark scenes are not super deep in a dark room, but the FALD does help some with this. For all but the darkest scenes, the picture quality is quite excellent. Fire operating system Overall, I like the Fire OS. I like the simple remote and the ability for voice control. I was able to control my receiver using the remote, allowing me to get down to one remote. The OS in general is simple and easy to use. Many complain about the adds at the top, but it does not get in the way of my experience, so I am fine with it. The one glitch that I cannot figure out is that after playing my PS4, I have to reboot the TV to stream again. If I do not reboot, I can hear the sound of a show, but I can't see the video. I can do a restart with the remote, so it is not the end of the world, but I hope a future update will somehow correct this.
