    One of the greatest TV's i ever hooked up looked better than my Samsung, but brand new it kept going black had to unplug it and plug it back in after a week of this i returned it good thing it didn't start after the 15 day return had to go without for a week

    DOES NOT SUPPORT 120hz, LIES

    This listing is a lie. The specifications specifically describe this TV as 120hz, but it does not support 120hz. They lied in order to fool people into purchasing, and now they will not allow me to return the item in question. Truly disgusting business practices, and I will refrain from purchasing from Best Buy in the future. I spent an hour on the phone with support only to be told they refuse to do any type of refund or exchange.

    Not really 120Hz

    Bought this TV because I wanted a 75" 4K 120Hz TV for my Xbox Series X. It was advertised as having a native 120Hz panel. I guess I did not pay much attention to the word "native". It turn out that the HDMI ports on this TV only support 60Hz. I spent half of my day to bringing it home, unpacking, mounting, and then doing everything in reverse in order to return it. I still do not understand why Toshiba used a 120Hz panel with 60Hz HDMI ports.

    Do not buy this tv if you want a worry, free exper

    Do not buy this Tv if you are hooking any other streaming devices or sound bar that supports e-ark. Do not play Will with others. I have to unplug the tv every time before use my Apple TV, 2nd Firestick, or sound bar to switch to the input. If you don’t you will just get a blank signal. Plus after the couple of day without the sound bar being on the tv makes a weird buzzing sound. The only way to make it go away is unplugging the tv. Called up to Toshiba/Hisense about my issue and they said reset the tv to factory default and redo updates. Beautiful TV but not worth the time in frustration it takes to make it work.

    Within 90 days it needs svc. Every other time we use it, we have to unplug it to reset it.

    I am very dissatisfied with this store, from which on several occasions I have bought important products, they have made me cancel the order to offer delivery, which has not been possible, I have also gone on 2 occasions, making a tour of more than 100 miles, in order to resolve and they have not been able to in the bloomingdale store... I think it will be the last time I bought in that store and I would recommend it even less...

    Powers up. Selects language works but then the next screen says “pair” the remote by pressing the “home” button. It will not pair. Tried for 2 hours. Called support, tried power cycling, tried holding the home button, tried holding left , menu and back. Tried different new batteries, tried power cycling the remote . Nothing works! Can’t get past the pair screen. Returning to store. Huge waste of time money and effort. Zero stars .

    After 1 week start making problems ,and I call the Geek S. and I spend 4 hours with them on the phone and finally one Smart person from New York (LUIS ) finally help me . Thanks Luis !!!

    This is my second attempt with this TV. First one wouldn’t boot up. They replaced it, now this one doesn’t work properly. Has sound but no picture at times. I have to constantly do a factory reset to it.

    It really is a terrible tv. Had to return once because of no sound. Now this other tv has a hard time with everything. Try something different. The price is good but not for a broken tv.

    Black screen. Hear audio no picture

    Anytime I turn off my TV from playing my ps5 the next time I turn it on my screen is black and I can’t see anything. So annoying have to unplug my tv before I can turn on something every time.
