Whenwe got home my husband set the tv up when we turned it on the screen was cracked

Okay so there are some pros and cons that I want to go over. I bought the TV expecting something that was not delivered based on what the TV should be able to do, but after weighing the price vs what this TV is actually capable of I decided to keep the TV instead of returning it even though the reason I bought it is technically a con. I want to clear up some of the reviews on here and explain some things. First off, native 120hz is technically accurate, but it is deceptive. I hooked my Xbox Series X up to the TV and of course the TV did not support 4K 120hz. It would let me set up 1080p 120hz though so I decided to give that a shot because resolution isn't the most important thing to me. The issue is that even though my Xbox was set to 120 and the TV acknowledged the 120, it wasn't actually refreshing at 120 it was still at 60. When I bought this TV it was majorly on sale and I thought I was getting a sweet deal to get 120hz but 120 is not supported over HDMI. Now this is a Smart TV so all of the TVs apps and games you can get there do support 120hz, but after playing with the settings and doing independent research for an hour I was unable to get it to work on HDMI. I was initially disappointed and considered returning the TV and spending a few hundred more to try my luck with another TV but realized that this TV supports HDR10 as well as Dolby Vision. So I went into my Xbox settings and cranked all of the graphics settings other than frame rate as high as they would go, then lost track of time after I booted Doom Eternal and Forza Horizon 5 and was extremely pleased with the picture quality. It was absolutely breathtaking after calibrating all the picture settings to how I wanted them. TLDR, if you're looking for a 120hz TV for gaming look elsewhere, but if you don't mind being capped at 60fps on your Series X/S or PS5 this is an EXCELLENT purchase and I highly recommend it if it is on sale, which it is currently a month after purchase and it's $100 cheaper than when I bought it. If you're not a gamer you'll struggle to find anything wrong with this TV. If you are a gamer just be aware of what you're getting into. Picture quality is stunning but lack of 120hz support on HDMI is a definite con. That said I still liked the TV enough to keep it

IF YPU ARE LOOKING FOR A TV TO RIVAL THE LIKES OF OF A SAMSUNG OR SOMY THEN THIS IS IT, THAT TOSHIBA IS LOADED WITH QUALITY FEATURES AND NO OTHER FIRE TV COMES CLOSE. PICTURE QUALITY EASILY TAKES DOWN THE BIG BOYS. THE BUILT IS EXQUISTE AND SOLID. THE SET UP IS A BREEZE CHARMING PIECE OF ELECTRONIC BY TOSHIBA. BUILT TO LAST.

This Tv is everything i wanted and more the picture quality is amazing the sound is great there is no need for a sound bar

Toshiba is a member of the HDMI forum and knows that HDMI supports 120 refresh rate (Hz) for 4K starting with version 2.1. This TV has HDMI 2.2 and advertises 4k at 120 Hz refresh rate but then does not deliver. Bought the TV two and a half years ago and have hardly used it, but today, trying to watch the game, it is unresponsive to the remote, won't turn on with the manual button, and has now become junk.

Just delivered. Looked unopened. But the TV is missing a cable clamp for the cable management on the feet. There is no number in the included documentation to call and no way to get help. So I'm going to have to have Best Buy come pick up this tv for a return due to a missing 20 cent part. Unbelievable, poor quality control. It's also pretty hard to assemble the feet and the instructions are poor. It was packed well other than missing parts.
