Very nice picture. Upscaling from older formats (standard definition, high definition) is very good. Brightness is excellent. Blacks on screen are actually black. Setup is just as easy (or as difficult) as any other FireTV. Best Buy installation is way overpriced. $250 to install a 75” TV is pretty outrageous to start with. Then, they may try to upsell you from a perfectly adequate $60 wall mount to one that cost $100 or even $170. But that’s not the worst. If you are having the TV installed above a fireplace, BB wants an additional $129! Now I think that is outrage on top of outrage . They could at least be more transparent about their pricing and offer two levels of installation AT THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE, not after the fact during your online preparation for installation questionnaire, or worse at the time of the installation.

This TV punches above its weight class. For the price, I found it to be the best value for its specs and size. The full array local dimming is a nice feature seen in higher end TVs. No HDMI 2.1 and being limited to 60hz is the only drawback but the pros outweigh this one missing feature.

I bought this TV about 3 months ago. And so far, just like all of the other Toshiba TVS I have purchased prior to this one. It has been nothing but smooth sailing. Great picture, great sound, (even though I do have a full surround system) the TV'S internal speakers are superb. This TV has all the bells and whistles I wanted on my 4K UHD TV. 75 inch QLED display, Full array local dimming, Dolby Vision/Atmos, HDR 10/10+ and even HLG. I'm very happy with my new TV, and yes, I would totally recommend this TV.

I researched for months comparing different models, thought i had decided and then boom this was released. It fit everything we needed to a T. The picture is perfect and it's honestly incredibly loud I keep it on 10, sometimes the background sound is a little louder but i'm still figuring out the sound settings. Tv is in front of a sliding glass window and glare isn't bad unless i'm in another room. basically--it's my favorite tv in my house and i'll certainly buy another

The product is cool. I’m glad that I got the 75 inch instead of 65. I was thinking 75 would be too big for my living room but it blends well. So far so good. I assembled it myself but need help to put it up on tv stand. I’m upgrading from a 15 year old 46inch RCA tv which still works fine but I wanted to have a bigger and more up to date television for my living room. It’s good for the price at 549. I wanted a Samsung originally and was even considering a TCL because the picture on that thing in store was amazing and the Samsung was $800 so I stuck with the Toshiba. So think TCL or Toshiba is a good buy budget friendly.

Best TV for the price point. QLED technology is the same as samsung and LG

I have had it for a week now. I am impressed with the resolution and quality. Plus, the screen shows up quickly once you hit the “On” button.

Had a Toshiba LED tv before this that I loved. Upgraded to the QLED and it is a great tv. Very happy with it.

Great TV for the price. Great picture. Easy to set up. Relatively light compared to older versions. Love the adjustable stand. Lots of inputs too. Cons: Voice control worthless. There's no telling what will come up when you ask. Not even capable of changing channels. Also, picture adjustment doesn't have as many options as my old Samsung. Also slow to load up when turning on the power. Over all,very happy with this TV.. Paid 549.00 plus 99.00 for 5 year warranty. 00

Toshiba M550 75” – An Underrated Powerhouse! If you’re looking for a budget-friendly TV that packs a serious punch, the Toshiba M550 should be on your radar. At 75 inches, it delivers an impressive viewing experience with OLED-like picture quality, Dolby Atmos audio, and REGZA sound system that brings scenes to life. What really surprised me is how natural and lifelike the faces look—much better than many TVs in its price range. The sound effects are immersive, deep, and clean, making movies and shows feel cinematic right at home. Images looks so real for $550 can’t beat it! I didn’t even realize Hisense had acquired Toshiba, but they’ve clearly kept the brand’s reputation for solid performance intact. Honestly, this TV might be one of the most underrated in its class. If you’re after premium performance without the premium price, the M550 is a smart, no-regret choice. Ohh the apps is not really hard to use btw!

Remarklby good picture for the price. The of the most impressive aspects is the upscaling it does on regular HD streaming. Even if you dont have 4k streaming, you'd be suprised how good things look (on Tubi for example, which is not 4k). The "bang for the buck" on this is amazing. Also impressed with the sound from the speakers. Better volume than many TVs (to be fair, it might be because its 75" inch TV with bigger speakers. My last 55" I had before this , you could barely hear it. Definite thumbs up on this TV.

Toshiba’s generally have pretty good sound (without having to get a soundbar) in my experience and this one is no different. It has a fantastic picture and I’m super happy with this purchase so far. It looks fantastic in my home and if I got a tv that was any bigger it would be overkill, unless I had a dedicated theater room in my home, which I don’t. Great buy.

Absolutely a wonderful TV. Picture is clear and bright. Sound is amazing. Price was EXCEPTIONAL. The only downfall was the customer service at the store. I tried to call the store(after I parked out front) to see if they could bring my TV to me, curbside. You cannot call the local Best Buy! You get a call station in India and they pasted me back and forth to no less than 4 agents, before she finally told me that I would just have to go inside the store. I tried to explain to her that I am on crutches and it would be easier if they could just bring it out and she said no, sorry and hung up.!! So I got out of my car, gathered myself up and hobbled into the store for them to scan my phone and tell me that the warehouse guys would meet outside the front doors. So I hobbled back to my car and waited... just a few minutes - LOADED UP AND ON THE WAY HOME!

I am quite pleased with the picture of the TV. What concerns me is, I think, the FireTV portion of the system. Its very slow at times switching operations and sometimes I even have to get right out of it and come back in. A time or two the TV has shut off be itself. The sound is much better than my previous TV(Samsung). It doesn't need the sound bar like the last one.

Picture quality is excellent, home screen is simplistic in nature and not overly complicated which is nice. I didnt notice any lag w the app menu. That may depend on your Internet speed. Sound quality is pretty good and better than my old samsung. The only think i dont like.is that it doesnt sit flat against the wall when mounting. It has a trapezoid like bulge in the back that pushes the tv out a bit. Not a huge deal but would.look better flush against the wall

Great tv the colors are good. Upgraded from a 8yr old 50in tv. So i guess anything would have been an improvment. Only issue is on wifi it seems a little laggy in menus. Takes a second for a command to register. I will try with an ethernet cable to see if that improves it
