Wont recognize external hard drives.

TV Had a Dead 6 inch Bar

There was about a 6-inch bar that was out on the TV. Had to box it back up and have the Best Buy team replace it. Unbeknownst to me, the device was a clearance item, and there was no option to exchange the TV for the same one. I ended up exchanging with the Insignia brand.
