I have purchased toshiba External hard drives in the past and I have never had any complains or complications with them.. On the other hand I would NEVER recommend seagate. With toshiba hard drive my files or uploaded information has never been lost, and it has always worked no matter what. I had bought a seagate hard drive recently because i though after 12 years of not using seagate maybe they had improved their products, but no. After 3 days of use.. all the files i had save were lost, because the hard drive stopped functioning for no reason.. Luckily I hadn't deleted them from my other toshiba hard drive yet. So I was able to just transfer them again to this new toshiba one.. I just had to change the names of the hard drives so i wouldn't get confused with Toshiba 1 & Toshiba too. Ny other toshiba hard drive has lasted me so many years without any issues.. and it still has photos saved from family members that are no longer around. I would have hated if those photos would have been lost with that seagate drive. DON'T BUY SEAGATE. Go for toshiba. Good quality, will last you forever and never stop working. Your files are indeed safe with this guy.

This is my 3rd Toshiba external drive. Based on my previous purchases I chose this one again for ease of use, reliability, and of course, price.

Bought this for my WiiU for external storage for downloadable games and content. It works as intended and can store a ton of data! Set-up was as simple as can be.

Had a previous Toshiba portable HD from several years ago...still working. Just felt it was time to get a backup backup and this works just fine at right price.

This is a super small, but very powerful hard drive. I am using it to back up all the documents on my computer and take them to additional computers to use. It is fast!

The lady at our mission responsible for proofing our primers needed a new storage device to keep backups on. This drive fit the bill perfectly. Inexpensive, portable, plenty of storage space. What's not to like?

Works pretty good for what I need it . I use it to store video and photos with my MacBook Pro m1 the only thin is that I had to buy a usb c converter , and had to format it to Mac format and it works perfectly .

While not flash based this is a good cheap 1TB hd that will serve a purpose, namely backing up my information. Worked with my windows 10 laptop out of the box, and so far has been exactly what I needed.

I have used this external hard drive on two laptops. It responded fast and was ready to use within a minute. It's small enough to add to a laptop case. Very nice and a good buy for the money.

So easy to operate n did full back up of old computer n then complete restore to new computer. Using now for weekly scheduled backups of new computer. Great price, too!

Was running out of storage on my ps4 need a hard drive. It doesn’t take up any space at all, easy to use and at great price for 1tb worth of storage!

This portable disc device is perfect for storing movies or photos and you just connect it to a DVD player or you tv and it's ready.

I used this as a cheap option to add storage to my Xbox One X, and it works perfectly. I even tested the loading times compared to the console's internal drive using the same games, and they're exactly the same.

Great hard drive, I use this to store some ps3 games, Transfer speed is good, my games all run fine, plenty of space.
