I purchased this to back up and extend my PS4. The size is small, compact and fast. It has a 3.0 USB. For the price you cannot go wrong. Toshiba is a well known computer maker so you are buying quality.

Love this USB. Great price and it holds so many files. I use it for work to keep all my work files safe. Good value good buy.

I got this when it was on sale as a Deal of the Day. It is fairly compact and should be reasonably fast if connected to a USB 3.0 port. If you can get it for under $40, it is probably a good value. My one complaint is that I couldn't find the speed of the internal hard drive on either Best Buy's site or on the box when I received it. I assume it is a 5400 RPM drive (since they didn't give the speed); but, it might be a 7200 RPM drive. I bought this to replace an older Toshiiba external HD that I gave to my father in law to use for Time Machine backups on his Mac mini. I actually haven't opened it yet. I will just kept it in the event I need an extra data storage device.

Our family had several devices that needed a physical back up option. The cloud services are nice, however the Toshiba Canvio hard drive was just what we need to for quick access and with it's small compact size, made it portable for family trips and teenage backpacks.

I bought this hard drive to back up my computer. It was easy to install and works as described. It is small and very portable. It also has plenty of room on it for picture storage. I bought it when it was on sale so it is an economical way to save your data.

This is my second Toshiba external drive I own, and to mee this brand is much better than WD and Seagate, the speed is good and the size is perfect

Purchased this for use with my son's Xbox to transfer from an older Xbox that works intermittently to his newer Xbox. He was able to transfer games easily as well as use for storage, thus creating more space on his Xbox. It worked great out of the box, I didn't have to help at all, kids these days are so electronically savvy!

it's small, light, easy to use. The cord mine came with seems to have a loose connection, but it still works. It transferred the files super fast. Overall great product so far!

This is a really convenient device, for when you need extra space. Doesn’t need any other wires, just plug it in to your computer, and save your files by dragging them to the external hard drive folder.

I use this for a backup on my company laptop. It's size works great attached to the laptop cover with Velcro. Transfer rates seem better than my old backup drive.

Great external drive for backing up files. This one was recommended by the Geek Squad at my store when we had a computer hacked. The Geeks took care of everything with of plan.

It was on sale, a wonderful price, no one other than BB could beat it (@ that time). I am using it for my Playstation 4 as I ran out of space. It was easy to set up, I plugged it in and the PS formatted and did the rest for me.

Got it for my daughter and she is very happy with it. It has helped her to have more space for games on her Xbox One . Before she got this, she did not have any room to play games on her device .
