Super fast. Easy to install. Replaced drive in laptop.

This drive is just what I needed to speed up my laptop. The load time for Windows is measured in seconds now, instead of minutes. The drive is quiet and was a snap to install. I would highly recommend one of these solid state drives to anyone who has a spinning platter type drive, The access times are unbelieveable

It is mega fast and has a decent capacity! I bought two of them and raided them with Raid0. They get about twice the read and wright speed than one drive gives! At the time of buying these it was about $220 for two instead of buying a Samsung 500GB for $350. Raiding my drives combines the storage space!

This made my computer boot up so much faster. The computer was practically brand new but the hard drive previously installed was a horrible choice and didn't work well with the system. Upgrading to SSD was awesome. Be sure to read the instructions as it comes with free software to clone your old hard drive.

This was a revelation. When the tech suggested it instead of adding memory it was a revelation. It has stopped the tedious delays between clicks in navigation especially when playing games. The migration kit made the process totally easy and since I'm a member of the tech service plan installation was free.

I blew a laptop drive. This SS Drive 250G was priced in the budget. Opened up the back ...slipped out the old ... slipped in the SS 250G and closed ti up. Loader the WIN 8.1 DISK. It loaded easily ... updated easily. Caught a virus in a download somewhere. No Big deal ran a scan and proof it was history. The boot up was about a minute fortyish.... with the SS 250G it is 23 seconds. The heat is down ... the speed is up... SO what is to think about? If some 70 year old wannabe geek can load it ... what are you waiting for?

Replaced the old Seagate 5400RPM 160GB hard drive in my laptop with the new 256GB SSD drive. Internet responds much faster with the new drive and programs load up faster too. I would recommend anyone who wants to replace their internal laptop hard drive to get this SSD. It works great!!

I bought a different solid brand state drive from Best Buy, installed it and it was slower than my mechanical hard drive. I returned it and bought this one and it extremely faster than the old hard drive. Installed it on Windows 10 computer. Very happy with the drives performance.

I upgraded 3 of my laptops with the Toshiba Q Series Pro HDTS325XZSTA solid state drive and it is fast...boots up in seconds and applications launch within a minute. The only thing you need to know is how to copy your old system drive to you new drive...Acronis Software helps.

Replaced a 500GB 5400 spin drive on G7 HP PC ... the Toshiba cloning software (link provided for download) was flawless and straight forward. Nice upgrade, significantly faster boot and disk access times. Other models in stock were 240 GB, the Toshiba was $256 for ~ same price.

I bought one of these as an upgrade for my laptop hard drive. I replaced the drive and reinstalled everything and now my laptop works better than ever. I recommend this as an upgrade for any PC as its performance will far exceed any mechanical hard drive.

I purchased this along with a USB 3 external enclosure to put a couple games on and use with my Xbox One. This launches games a lot faster and has worked exactly as expected. Great product!

I use my 1tb conventional hard drive as storage and the Toshiba Q-series SSD as my boot drive with Windows 7 OS and all my other programs. Appears to be over 50% faster to boot and load programs. I would expect it to be even faster with Windows 8.1.

This SSD is super fast, thin and small, because its designed for Laptops. It can also work on normal PC's, but you need some mounting accesories which don't come with the SSD and have to be purchased separately. You can't mount it on a PC unless you have the accesories or your Computer Case has an SSD enclosure suitable for such a small, thin SSD.

It comes with super easy clone software. It fits in Toshiba laptop (and other) 2.5" SATA slit perfectly. Noticeable difference in performance compared to 7200RPM traditional HDD.

In my experience a SSD is hands down the best upgrade you give to your laptop. I have done this upgrade in two laptops in the past year and both have had great results. This Toshiba Q Series make the install simple and quick.

Excellent price and great performance. After my hard drive failed I needed an SSD and this one happened to be at the right price, and it boosted the performance of my old notebook that was getting quite slow and annoying.

Good drive wish I got 2, easy to install faster drive

I bought this for my wife's mid-2011 13" Macbook Pro and it made night and day difference. Matter of fact - it is probably now faster than my 2013 Air, so it definitely added life into the old laptop. Highly recommended!
