Very fast and has all the features I want and or need.

Please Be Aware: This computer does not have the Intel HD Graphics 6000 graphics card as advertised. It's advertised on Best Buy and Toshiba website that it does have the Intel HD Graphics 6000 but this is incorrect. If you check the Device Manager on the computer and look under the Display Adapter is will show that it has the Intel HD Graphics 5500 card. I also checked the display model at the store to confirm this information. I found out from Best Buy and Toshiba when I called that the specifications are not correct on either website. This computer has the 5th Gen Intel Core i5-5200U processor and only supports the Intel HD Graphics 5500 card. The newer Intel Core i5-5250U processor supports the Intel Graphics 6000 card. Please remember to take the plastic covering from shipping off the track pad or your fingers will not slide across the pad easily. Other than the incorrect hardware information this is a great computer.

First impression of this laptop was that it's so sleek and pretty. It doesn't have the most current processor but it's decent for basic word processing and Internet use. There's i5 Intel processor and 8gb of memory. It's pretty thin and light for having a 15.6 in screen. If you like a basic pcs and like sleek designs this is the laptop for you.

I had a problem opening for a couple of days, but otherwise works.... doesn't get on line as great as my wife's asus. some programs don't work too well. Had problems getting some programs to load , but may be due to poor internet.

I've had this laptop alittle over a month now. Touch screen is wonderful as of now. Love that it is capable of flipping into the form of a tent, and can also be used as a tablet. Nice speed, pretty fast response. Not light!! This laptop definitely has some weight on it, but I knew this before I brought it. No complaints!

I cannot say enough good things about my new Toshiba laptop. I have had good luck with all of my Toshiba laptops. I hated to part with my last one which I purchased in 2009. But, the enticing new features [touch screen, backlit keyboard] and light "weightness" [I know... not a word] of my new one convinced me that it was time. I love it!

This was a great buy for a student going away to school. It's a great looking laptop which folds into a tablet, not too heavy and very functional. The speeds are pretty nice and has a solid HDD capacity. This works well for moderate tech users and students.

Bought this laptop for work. Have not been able to play with it other than use it for work. So far great. Love the back light on the keyboard and slick design. Did not come with dvd/cd compartment.

I bought this Toshiba so I could use it for school and other general things, nothing crazy. It has replaced my old outdated Toshiba Satellite, and it has not disappointed at all. Compared to my old laptop this one searches the web and streams videos with ease, I do not ask for any over the top performance from it but for the basic needs I bought it for it has not let me down at all. I like its big screen and the touch screen capability, but it is a feature I do not use too often. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

I certainly did my homework with this purchase and I'm not disappointed. I absolutely love this laptop! AND it worked out where I paid 400$ less than MSRP. Can't beat that! Get it!

I will say that we had two lemons but then the new model came out. WOW!!! I customized it and to include 16gb ram and 2 tb hard drive but even out of the box it was lightning fast. I had some problems with the Windows 10 update though. Seemed to be some kinks to work out and the mail got really slow and had errors. So did One Drive. This update overall brought great problems. I restored it back to Windows 8 and all was good again. The mail handling and search options is comparable to my Macbook Pro and so is the speed, I LOVE IT!! Have fun :)

Wonderful 2 in 1. The programs were easy to put onto the computer. Love the touch screen.

I love the laptop. Good for work. Very powerful but a slightly heavy compared to similar built laptops. Runs smoothly and the touchscreen is great

I am not a computer geek, so in layman's terms, here is the only problem that I have experienced. The mouse pointer disappears every now and then. I have taken it to the Geek Squad, and they relaunched Chrome. It worked. It happened again. My IT guy at work changed some setting, it worked. It happened again! It seems to be something that happens when I use the touch screen for any period of time, then the computer stops recognizing the mouse pointer. I am very mindful to use the mouse as much as I can, even though I like to use the touch screen. I am sure it is a setting, but I have not had much time to deal with this issue. It is a beautiful screen, sound is great, and easy to hold, and position. It does not run hot, and feels sturdy. I use it for simple e-mail, surfing and documents.

I had not purchased a laptop in several years and things really changed in that time. First time to buy a 2 in 1 model and LOVING IT. I love the touch screen and the bluetooth feature is awesome. I'm not a sophisticated savvy user, unfamiliar with Windows 8 and yet I managed to get started okay. Got great tech support from Toshiba! I would definitely recommend this one for newbies.

It's fast, sleek, lightweight, and everything you ciuld need in a laptop.

I really like this laptop, is a solid and sound machine and I couldn't ask for better feature's such as the touch screen and is ability to double at a tablet.

Love this laptop, great feel to keyboard, configures to my needs. Light wt compared to others slim line. The only part I can't get used to is windows 8 but they showed me how to get windows 10 which is what I want. Although they gave me great lessons on using the windows it came with I'm not very computer savvy but the hardware is great.

Great laptop for starting my small business. Very user friendly, made the transition to Windows 8 for me very easy! I don't use the 2 in 1 feature as much as I thought I would, but the touch screen is a must have!
