I have not had a single problem with this laptop and have been very satisfied. My only minor criticism is that because of the sensitivity and design of the trackpad (trackpad itself is a button with only a subtle division between left- and right-click "buttons") I sometimes highlight when I'm scrolling, or right click instead of left-click. Not a big deal, and something I'm sure will go away as I get used to the trackpad.

I've had this one for about a month and really enjoying it. I have no complaints. Easy set-up. I really like the lighted keyboard since I work a lot in the dark The 2-1 is a big plus.

Bad product, intermittent wifi!

When you call Toshiba they will charge a minimum of $69 to fix and the problem will not go away. I used to be a big Toshiba fan but the company is no longer true to their values. I have since switched to Apple and it's one of the best decisions I ever made!!! Please spend the extra couple of dollars and get a MacBook!!!! You have been warned!!!'

Toshiba laptops sold in the US come with 90-days of free technical support and a one year warranty which covers repair of any defects in materials or workmanship. If the 90-days of free technical support has expired or if the problem is caused by software or configuration issues then you may need to purchase a support extension.
There's no charge for full access to a helpful community at forums.toshiba.com that includes many expert troubleshooters, but before posting a question there please review the Wi-Fi troubleshooting tips in the following Toshiba Forums community knowledge base articles:

After a few weeks had to bring the computer in cause I could not get out the Internet. Turns out the issue is with the pre-installed software You guys should Know if there is an issue

Love the PC and the performance it offers for my needs. The geek squad was less the recommend for there performance. Don't make commencement you can keep. Unhappy with geek squad with promise and the customer service with them with not answer the phone and giving me the run around.
