Decent comp, not exceptional

Do not buy

I took it in and was told I needed a new computer. 4 weeks after that, the monitor did not turn on, and so I gently shook the computer and lo and behold it did. I did that several times until I could get back to Best Buy. By that time the keyboard had stopped working all the time. When I called BB and asked what was going on with this machine they said "oh, it's a known error". Interestingly, marketers can find me day and night to sell me stuff I don't want, and YET if there's a bug with an upgrade, they can not POSSIBLY get in touch with me.

Didn"t work but 2 1/2 weeks

It started out great & then I used it as a tablet one day & we installed Windows 10 after it was updated. The keyboard quit & we lost information after Windows 10. When we took it in, we were told Toshiba had been having trouble with the keyboard & Windows 10. Now they tell us after we had purchased it. It has now gone back to the factory less than 30 days after purchase. Bummer.

Returned due to weak hinge
