Unfortunately my laptop had an issue. I couldn't return it b/c they were "discontinued" as soon as I purchased. And there was no new inventory anywhere. The fix was to swap motherboard w a returned box. I could've exchanged w other model but I bought this one for several reasons so I didn't want to change altogether. Worked out ok. Love it.

This laptop has all the features you could want or need. The ability to fold it into a tablet, or stand it up like a display board is very useful. Screen quality is beautiful. Performance is top notch. Lightweight and easy to carry.

The Toshiba Satellite Radius 15.6" touch screen laptop with the I7 core and the 1 TB hard drive is excellent both for traveling and while at home. This is our second Toshiba Satellite laptop, and I recommend them highly.

I've had the laptop for two years and had no issues with it. The mouse pad is sensitive, the video is clear and a good picture. It had a lot more storage and features than I needed so I paid $700. I wish the sales associate would have been more knowledgeable to match my needs to the product needed. Nonetheless it is a good computer and I would recommend it.

Bought this to replace an older laptop. Couldn't be happier! All the new bells and whistles are hard for us technologically challenged folks but it sure is fun learning! Very new sleek design and the touch screen nice!

3 stars because the machine works well, but.... I purchased this laptop for a 1st year college student and one of the screws in the machine fell out. I went to best buy and was told it has a 1 yr warranty, but I have to allow them to ship the machine to the manufacturer and allow them approximately 2 months to check the machine, as it may be a defect. What will my college student use in the meantime. The best past was that best buy advised had I purchased their warranty, I could have my machine back in a few hours. I'm not a happy customer, I can't afford to purchase another machine nor should I have to buy a warranty from the seller when the machine comes with a 1yr warranty. Very disappointed!

I purchased this laptop mainly for the touchscreen use so it has essentially met my needs, however the hinge system for this particular model seems to be of lesser quality than one would expect. the other major problem I haven't found a way to diable the normal keybord when flipped backwards for tablet style use.

I upgraded to this laptop from an HP that was 6 years old. This new one is super fast and allows me to edit photos with ease.

Although my experience at Best Buy was a five star, this laptop was not. I don't know if I had a lemon or if this is just the way it was built but I returned it. The touchpad was erratic, froze and drifted rendering it useless. I had to plug-in a mouse to use the computer. After spending an hour on the phone with tech support it finally came down to a faulty device that would need replacing. If that were all, I could live with that but the wireless system was also bad. Wasted a great deal of time trying every search engine only to find that neither my connection or the search engines were the problem. Two other minor annoyances are that the on/off button is too low profile on the side making me search for it every time to turn it on instead of on the top. And, although I like the slim design, I felt like I was prying open an oyster because it was harder than it should have been to open. Just in case mine is a lemon, here are the good points. The backlit keyboard is well thought out and a pleasure to type on and the i7 processor was speedy.

I bought this laptop about almost two and half years ago and so far it's been working OK. The only problem I'd like to mention the laptop itself very thin and the housing is not made from firm material, always try to put on flat surface when using it. The display quality is great, would be nice to have the ram memory upgraded 8Gb to 16.

Great little tablet. We take it with us everywhere. Takes great photos, but you have to be careful where you Place your fingers or you won't get a clear photo. Very fast.

I love my Toshiba! One of the greatest features is the touch screen and backlight keyboard. Its well worth the couple dollars more this costs over the other notebooks that don't offer that feature.

The design is nice and clean. The computer is light and thin and the monitor is bright. Despite not loading much on the machine it seems to have slowed down very quickly. Not sure why that is. We are also still adjusting to windows 8. I think I should have gotten the solid state core model.

Bought this laptop for my son to use at college. It's thin, has a lot of memory, has a decent sound, touch screen, and folds up neatly so it looks like an enlarged tablet. Price was good too!

My daughter loved the light weight tablet capability of this laptop. I loved the fact that it wasnt two seperate pieces, but was able to bend the screen backwards to be used as a tablet!!!!!

Excellent as laptop stand alone but a bit slow when connected online. I am not sure if this has something to do with windows 8 or the anti virus. My biggest complain is when using this as tablet with Microsoft Office and it freezes at times that it disrupts my presentation.
