Bought this sim kit as well as a recharge ($50 dollars spent) for my dad who was visiting. Spent 1 hour at home trying to get it to work. Took to store spent another 1 hour with an expert there - called the company - no one got it to work. Product is defective. Asked for refund - unable to refund. I am out $50. The manager at Nashua Best Buy - Stephanie - the most inefficient and unempathetic person I have ever come across. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC. Best Buy please stand behind the products you sell.

Pretty easy to set up and get working. I’ve done this a couple of times and it’s really easy to mess up so I’m glad that this one went pretty smoothly!
