Phone itself is average and a bit bloated, sluggish, amongst other things but that’s pretty much the only reason why i’m giving it 4 stars. Not best buy’s fault, I fully expected that when I was picking it up, as it’s be used for business purposes only. Also, both phones kept showing Tracfone branding on startup but i’m just gonna assume that’s how Total by Verizon has the phones set up. If you’re looking for a cheap, inexpensive, relatively new phone for business or basic purposes, this is a perfect phone. If you plan on using it for anything else other than casual web browsing or video viewing, calls, texts, I would keep looking. The camera is overwhelmingly grainy. Performance is mediocre. Besides the phone, the experience with best buy was beyond great. I picked it up and went to go activate it and found out the model in the box was defective and called back to the same store and asked for an exchange. After providing my order number and describing my issue, they happily exchanged it for another box without any major hassle. I was disgruntled at first but glad that they made it right in the end.

For 50 bucks you can’t go wrong, it’s 4g, but still works everywhere and more reliable signal vs newer 5g. It has expandable storage for when you’re running low, camera kinda sucks but can’t complain for 50 bucks

Good phone. If you had a galaxy phone above galaxy 7 this phone is slower than that. So games go a little slower if that is what you are using the phone for. But if you are just using it for calls or text messaging or a kids first phone it is a great phone for the price.

Very good quality, however it is locked to Verizon.

Easier to use than the previous phone I used. Turns on and off quickly and displays all of my texts and the times they were received and sent.

Order phone online recived on time. Looks like nice phone activate it. The phone says locked by total by verizon. Call the company says need take back to the store. Got hold best buy and said same thing. Was able to get to best buy store. Best buy did there part scaned it out the system and said try it again. Toke home tryed activating it again and once again same problem. Called total by Verizon same thing phone lock take back store... would not recommend any phones from Total by Verizon. Happy with Best Buy seem to do there job and know what they were doing.

A suitable smartphone in a pinch, much better than any other throwaway phones I've used in the past. It won't blow you away, but it'll get the job done.

Fell in love with it! Easy and fast. Especially doable. It's not complicated as ever other r plans just the same. But with card plan instead of contract.

Slow keypad response and keyboard often times enters incorrect letters/numbers. Had an android forever, went to iPhone, now this phone makes me glad to also own an iphone

I wish you had a zero score. I thank the guys at Best Buy they helped me out. The problem is it was scanned when I bought it. I tried to activate it and couldn't. I called their customer service and they said it had to be rescanned.I took it back to Best Buy and they rescanned it. I tried to activate it and still didn't work. I called their customer service again and they told me the same thing. I just gave up.

Another reviewer commented they had to return phone because it would not activate. Also happened to me. Bar codes on box need to be scanned in a certain order (per associate at store upon my exchange) OR phone will not work at all. (IME error upon activation) So I drove the 15 miles back to the store to exchange (guess once bar code is scanned wrong it’s a goner)for a new one and prayed it would activate. And it did. Slow phone but good for temporary use.

This phone was a great find and buy. The phone was a breeze to set up and get it online. Not to mention the great graphics.

Purchase these phones for my kids for Christmas and they were so excited. They always wanted a phone and these were the perfect gifts. They love them, and stated best gift ever.
