Best buy sucks.

Then when I had a chance to attempt to switch my rapidly failing phone to this new one I discovered best buy had failed to "scan it at the register". Called total and they said it's best buy's fault. Didn't care that it was a online purchase or that I could send them any documentation they could want. Called best buy and they were successfully even less useful. Went and bought a local phone because I needed one right now. Tried to return this one and despite it previously saying it was in the christmas exemption period giving me plenty of time to get the return done when I was less busy ir now was not returnable.

I had to go physically to a store to get help. I ordered on line for the convenience of doing from home. They had to replace the one that was sent out with a new one.

TRACFONE SIM CARD ! TRACFONE LOCKED !
