Best Buy to the rescue

Shattered my AO3. Local Best Buy had one and were able to transfer my phone number so I could make and receive calls like nothing happened. Unfortunately all photos and saved contacts/texts are unretrievable for a reasonable fee. Old phone was nothing but green and pink horizontal lines and well cracked.
