    Not scanned correctly from store creating massive issues with inability to use and very poor customer service responses. Order Nov 7 , rec Nov 9th , still unable to use product. 10 chats later, 1visit to store 45min away, 1 manager phone call back still no resolution.

    I needed a phone with a new number and did not want a contract. The salesperson was unhelpful and sold me a phone that I still have not been able to setup myself. I am returning it tomorrow and never purchasing from Best Buy again. Even calling customer service for help was horrible I spent over 30 minutes on hold and was finally told I was sold the wrong phone. Ridiculous!!!!!
