They never gave me the phone. They took it back to the store and never gave me a refund.

Actually, I'd rate it about 4 1/2. It's a great buy on a Samsung Galaxy. It's locked into Verizon and for that it's $100 off. But that's where I would go anyhow. The phone could come with more complete instructions. I'm a new Smart Phone user and it's like handing this to a cave man.

The phone was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Everything works fine. Concerning the phone, it's not the fastest processor but does well for the price.

I didnt realize this wasnt a verizon phone, went to exchange/refund and they told me i was out of return date. Now im stuck with a phone i cant use. Will never order again from best buy

The item itself was fine. However, I was buying a prepaid Verizon phone and ended up with a total by Verizon which is a TracFone operated company. Thus for, I had to return the phone so therefore the experience was not that great. Total by Verizon and Verizon are not the same company. Your employees need to know this so that when someone is buying a prepaid phone they get the right item for their cell company

Well first of all I wasn't aware of the fact that TOTAL by Verizon had nothing to do with VERIZON. Second when I tried to activate the phone, I received a message saying "the phone was NOT scanned"

I purchased a phone plan and they didn't give me a receipt with a pin number on it!

Phone arrive very quickly. But as per other reviews, phone had not been scanned properly so is unusable until I travel a long distance to a Best Buy to get this sorted. Absolutely totally unacceptable I shall not be buying anything from the organization again.

Can't activate or return phone tried everything!!!

Didnt scan correctly so the phone is no use. Too bad i was only visiting the area
