I purchased this SIM KIT along with $35 PIN card but it was not registering my unlock Motorola device that is supported by all carriers. Customer rep told me that total wireless doesn't support my phone. I shut down phone for like 2 hrs and when turned on it start working. So please don't waste your time calling customer rep and just have system take its own time to process your request.

We purchased this to put on son's hand-me-down Iphone5. The associate tried for an hour to get it to work, but couldn't. It finally took a hard re-set to the phone to get the service connected. It's been fine since, and we like the service, but what a pain in the beginning. Kudos and thanks to the associate who tried for so long!

First of all: I had trouble getting my TOTAL WIRELESS SIM card activated but once it was up and running it was ok. I bought the phone card on sale, which brought the price down to the same price TOTAL WIRELESS charges for auto-top-up but without having to register a credit card online.

better coverage than metro pcs, great price, able to switch to direct billing.

Not compatible with GSM iPhone 6, so could not use or get refund

Total wireless is a great place we found for our cell coverage. I have a smart phone and a dumb phone on this plan and it is wonderful. I have looked into other places but they only allow smart phones and this one actually lets me use the dumb phone I already had, depending on the phone they will let you use a cell you currently have. Love it!

Switched to Total Wireless from Straight Talk and couldn't be happier.

If your a college student and on a budget this plan is the ONE to have flat rate and data access

First smart phone but didn't want to pay a lot more for the plan this was the best option.

This card works perfectly. The problem is it didn't work with my daughter's phone. The sales associate suggested this provider and it was incompatible. Of course it was non returnable.

Only prepaid that offered an iPhone at the time but it works great. I was told total wireless uses Verizon towers.

Total wireless is very new to market, but it has much better signals than T-mobil and the plan for a single user has plenty of data for $35.

I love when I can purchase an item and find what I Ned all at once, saving time and money altogether!
