My wife was reluctant to switch to a non-brand name phone service. We've had the service now for nearly three months and she is happy. Best part is that the price is right for the same service as big brand services.

Total Wireless is much less expensive than subscribing to one of the wireless companies. I don’t notice any difference in service. The reception is perfect. Total Wireless uses Verizon’s towers. It’s prepaid so there is no required time period.

Great plan, you get unlimited calls/texts. But you also get 5 GB of data. I use this for a prepaid card for my 8 year old she loves having a phone. We also dont have to worry about getting into a contract and can change the plan at anytime.

I purchase a $35 card for my Galaxy5 phone; I don.t have any plan on this phone. The setup was nice and smooth, it comes with unlimited phone and text and 5Gb of data. Very convenient if you compare with monthly payed plans.

I was surprised how easy this is to deal with. The woman I talked to set it up quickly and with the auto pay you get a discount ! It's easier for me with auto pay, that way I don't have to buy another card or forget to pay it.

I called customer service multiple times and was never able to resolve my issues. My Foreign exchange student came with an unlocked IPhone and we could never get this to work. We ended up going to T-mobile store.

Verizon own so is excellent service. Wish it would be cheaper. I don't use a lot of data so trying to find cheaper prepaid card.

I have had absolutely no problems with this service. I switched from Verizon and I am happy. Not only do I still have Unlimited Talk and Text but twice the data for half the cost. No contract either which is a plus.

Total wireless service is great but buying the phone card online had been a problem because Best Buy send them out without activating them making the customer have to call customer service to activate !

My grandson switched to total wireless and is very happy with his service. He is still in high school and doesn't travel so he has no issues.

Wasn’t sure which of these carriers to try but I’m so happy I picked this one. The coverage is awesome. I had to travel down to Florida and this was more reliable than my AT&T phone. Was so glad I had this!

Havent had a problem since, signing up. Customer service contacted me after setup to see if I had any questions or needed help. No issues like some reviews have stated. Service is just as good as the big names
