    If I could give a negative star rating I would. I purchased two of these phones, one for my daughter and one for my grandmother. Unfortunately both phones broke within months. First the speakers blew on BOTH phones so you couldn't hear any sound from the external speakers. Then shortly after the phones started overheating and making a popping sound while on the charger. Both phones had to stop being used because we thought they would catch on fire. I went to Best Buy when the speakers blew and they wouldn't help, then I reached out to Total Wireless and they said they would send replacements and NEVER did. So really reconsider when thinking about purchasing this phone.

    This phone was purchased for a senior citizen, who found it difficult to operate. The included manual wasn't very informative and it took half an hour to figure out how to attach a photo to a document. Overall, this model is affordable but isn't one I'd recommend for beginners.
