Customers find value in the Samsung Galaxy A03s 32GB Prepaid's affordable price and decent quality. Many appreciate its functionality and image quality for the cost. However, some users point out limitations in the device's storage capacity. A larger memory option would be a welcome improvement for some customers.

Its a good phone for someone with basic needs out out of there device or are on a budget but want the look and feel of its bigger siblings like A32 5g or A52 5G that i highly recommended getting if your buget alows. Almost all of Samsungs lineup of phones are based off the S20 platform in some way or another just less features and performance. Picture quality is still good even on this phone thats on the bottom of of there line-up but its performance features and storage are like compareing a Prius against a Ferrari it with get you to the same place just slower less thrilling but you save more on gas. Im rating it a 4 out of 5 for what it is a good budget friendly phone that from a distance looks like the Ferrari.

For $50, you get what you pay for.
-Processor lags, even if media/games are uploaded to the cloud. I would suggest a phone with higher than 32G storage capability.
-Opening more than one function at a time, i.e. phone and web or app.and phone, causes phone to react slowly to further input ( back function, home function, etc.).
-Microphone quality poor when adding a case, making callers ask you to repeat what you said. ( Yes, I bought the most expensive cases around; same issue. Without the case it works fine.
This phone was bought for a young lady, who was constantly frustrated at the effort she had to put in.
I would recommend getting a different phone to avoid the same frustrations.

Reasonably fast with enough memory not to get gummed up and a decent, helpful staff. Only 32 gig of onboard memory, but it is expandable. Battery lasts most of the day.

This phone is not very good. If you are in a pinch and need a replacement, this works fine. The screen broke almost immediately because it hit up against a corner in my pocket. Not very user friendly when it comes to set up. It is worth spending a little more money on a better quality phone.

Battery life doesn't last long (before needing charged). I constantly have to re-enter password to one of my emails (that my phone fails to save!). Also, it doesn't download songs (for ringtones). Another issue I had with this phone.. in less than a week using it -- the sound to the keyboard (when dialing numbers) went silent, as if it was on mute. I checked the settings and volume, restarted phone -- including removing and reinserting the SIM card...still the problems persists. I didn't have this phone for two weeks before issues started. I couldn't return it for a refund because I had no means of transportation to the nearest Best Buy. I don't know if the quality of phones like this is that bad, or they sent me a defective one. That was my second Samsung phone that proved worthless. I won't be buying anymore phones from that brand -- ever again!

Well, if you need a digital device for let's say any other feature this product contains. Just think, for a mere $60,00
you have one of the most convenient reliable devices on the market.

Don’t buy it. Lagging issues, crashing issues, etc. You’ll sit there for 3 minutes waiting for the swipe up screen to pop up, another 3 minutes for phone to actually go to home screen of your lucky at all. Takes 5-10 minutes of you to fiddle with in order to even turn off your phone/restart (phone freezes when pop up to turn phone is on screen). Phone overall is highly frustrating to deal with!

Do Not Buy Total Wireless Phones!

Very poor experience with this purchase. Best Buy employees were great. But, I would NOT recommend anyone purchase this phone from Best Buy. I had problems with the phone number that was provided with the phone (I purchased it as a business phone) and vendor(s) could not confirm that the phone number was connected with my business, they were connecting with the previous owner of the number. I contacted Total Wireless on three different occasions. I went back to Best Buy to return the phone, but was told I was a few days past the 14-day return policy. What! That was a new one on me, since this was my first prepaid phone, I wasn't familiar with this return requirement. I re-contacted TW and was informed that they couldn't accept the return since I didn't buy it directly from them.
My recommendation for others is -
First, I wouldn't buy this phone.
Second, if you absolutely feel you have to buy this phone, don't buy it from Best Buy, buy it directly from TW.
Just keep your expectations very low in contacting their customer service, you won't be disappointed.
