Total wireless phone and service

This time was a fiasco! Not to mention having to wait 24 hours with no service to find out that they had the “wrong” digit in the IMEI inputted. I am not sure why that would take 24 hours to activate service, when a simple number change in the nearly two hours spent on the phone should have been ample time to get it up and running. Thankfully, I have the previous positive experiences to outweigh this terrible experience, otherwise they would have lost my business all together.

Bought this phone for price to put a SIM card in from qlink for grandson since he is on social security and the phone isn’t unlock and for us to unlock there is a fee and you have to get their service to activate
