It's a phone that doesn't compare to most flagship phones, but it gets the job done. A great spare phone.

Not Verizon plug and play!

Does not work with Verizon! I bought it based on sales staff misrepresentation, only to have to return it. It looks to be a competent product, the mistake is in part due to Total putting "Verizon" printed on the box. You must subscribe to Total, which I did not intend to do.
