Nothing wrong with the phone itself, and nothing wrong with the kind service we received. Just be aware that Best Buy can't help with setup and activation, and if the device is not scanned properly at the store (not sure how that happened), then there's difficulty on the service end. We had to go back and forth between a service provider and the store several times before we finally gave up and returned it.

Needed phones for four staff members. Simple to use. Very affordable. We only need these android phones to clock in/out for employee shifts using wifi to download apps. Perfect for our situation!

Great buy. It was cheaper buying a new one. ., instead of replacing screen.. will buy again if any problems with this one

I did not open the phone. I purchased, checked the IMEI with Visible and it was shown as a TCT phone. It's a TCL and I don't have enough knowledge about TCL being TCT and Wi-Fi software shown as the manufacturer.

Never got it to work. Had to return the phone to the store.

I was unable to activate this phone. It was of no use to me.

Does not work with Verizon! I bought it based on sales staff misrepresentation, only to have to return it. It looks to be a competent product, the mistake is in part due to Total putting "Verizon" printed on the box. You must subscribe to Total, which I did not intend to do.
