I just came back from a international flight (14h) and I used this NC20 and thought I leave a review here. I usually use those over the ear headphones for their noise canceling function on these long flights but the large ear piece keeps bumping into the head rest when I try to sleep. I remembered the NC20 I had with me also have noise canceling function. I am so glad I brought them. They worked extremely well on the flight and allowed me to easily fall into sleep on my quite music for most of the flight. After arrival, I was in the cities and in the moutains, I had these earbuds with me almost all the time. The sound quality was great and they are comfortable to wear. The only minor issue is that it sometimes pauses the play for no reason. It happens about once a week on daily use. I initially thought I had phone connection issues but after weeks, i realized it MIGHT be the earbud is too sensitive to my hair. Not a huge deal but putting it here so it might help someone. Oh, the controls on the case is so nice! This is such a wonderful design. I never had such a convenient set of earbuds!

For the cost it is just ok. ANC could be better. The app for the buds is ok.
