We have been using this bulb for several weeks, and we are pleased with it. We have other brands of controlled lighting, and this one does not disappoint. There are plenty of useful features with the app as well.

Use less energy and is brighter than regular lights

I love these bulbs, they work perfect!! I would recommend these to all. Bulbs are very easy to set up and to make changes if needed.

I use this bulb with Alexa and works perfect , I started to automatize my home lights with several of this bulbs.

If you have a Dot and would like an easy way to control you lights in the house this is it.

I originally had a WeMo brand bulb, I returned it to get a TP-Link product which I am much happier with.

These bulbs are perfect, much cheaper than the competition and plenty of features.

The bulbs work great. I love that a hub isn't needed to work with Google Home!

Good for what is advertised ..the multicolour one is actually better

This bulb is so simple to just configure it and forget it. Setup was quick and easy, I plugged it in and programmed it in minutes using the Kasa mobile app. There's no computer or hub required. This dimmable LED bulb has such a long life (up to 25,000 hours) that for my use it will last for more than 20 years, and it generates very little heat. Using the app, I can enter my schedule with any brightness level. One application that I find ideal is to use this long life programmable bulb in my porch light fixture that is protected from the weather. It should also be noted that, although the bulb is dimmable, all settings are controlled through the mobile app and it should not be used in any fixture that has a dimming switch. As soon as the programmed changes are entered, you'll see them take effect immediately. Each setting requires 2 events (on and off) and can be scheduled for single or multiple days as needed. I find it very helpful that the Kasa app also displays the average power usage, and it's a lot less than I expected. Having a free TP-Link cloud account also makes it possible for me to manage this smart bulb remotely as well as through my home network. This bulb was super easy to set up and control. But it stopped working after 2 years of being on a few hours per night. Definitely not worth the price.

Researched those other bulbs out there but most needed a hub. Found these guys wifi connected and at half the price they work great. Easily connected in 10 min following the instruction. Have them set up to go on at sunset and off at sunrise. Another plus is they set off little heat which attracted those bugs in your front porch so now thyre gone.. also comes with a 2 year warrany awesome highly reccomend

This was a great buy, and a great price. This was just a easy screw in bulb like any other and you can use it like a regular bulb if Wifi is out. Connecting to the app and connecting to my Google Minis was very easy. Setting up a schedule is awesome you can set it to go on and off or to dim all at certain times. This is in a regular light socket and can still use the dimmer option. I will be buying more of these and trying out the light switches.

The item comes cleanly packaged in a simple box, installation is very simple and integrates cleanly with the Kasa app. Very quick response times from the bulb when turning on and off, dimming effect worked well, very bright life. Also, the bulb runs MUCH cooler than an incandescent bulb, and probably uses a fraction of the energy.
