Have a large ranch home with our provider supplied router that could not reach far bedrooms nor the patio. This had great reviews on line. I configured it with the Ethernet patch cable and it was quite simple to do. Then go and find a halfway point and try it in a wall socket. If the light stays blue you are good to go. Be sure to give this extender a name you can recognize.

Easy to setup. Works great! Placed it in my garage to boost my security camera on the outside of the garage.

The TP-Link extended the WIFI range of both 2.4 and 5G in my home. It was easy to configure with my SSID names and passwords.

This is an excellent extender, easy to set up and use. I have been using for a while and have not had any problems.

For me, 5Ghz signal got boosted significantly that i now have good signal all over the house. Very easy to install and set up. Looks good too. Inly negative is my 2.4Ghz signal is not any better than without it.

This is a very good dual band range extender at a good price. Setting up is not difficult. My service provider's router was creating some lag since more devices were added to the network. After setting up a new SSID thru the extender, I moved some of the devices to the extender's SSID. All are responding well with very little to no lag. I wish the manufacturer would consider the ac pins be mounted on a base that can rotate.

First thing i love going to best buy.they have excellent customer service and their staff members are so polite and very helpful. Now on my wifi extenders.its a must have and a life changer.i was getting very frustrated because where my tv was located wasn't getting any signal.best buy came through and saved me from getting high blood pressure and anxiety.just imagine you are into a movie and all of a sudden your signal freezes.best investment i ever purchased.thank you best buy

Works great, extends to the areas of the house that had poor wifi. Good Value and easy to use.

Seems to work ok. I was able to place it allowing to leave 1 outlet open, not sure why some reviews stated it was not possible, cause I honestly did not do anything but to plug. The signal at my master bedroom used to drop off from my laptop now and then and with this Range extender, I have not had that problem again so far.

This extender was a great addition to eliminating some dead WiFi spots around the house and was super easy to set up.

Choose to download the app onto your phone/e-tablet immediately after opening. It will shorten the set up time tremendously. Once the app was downloaded, the entire set up time was less than 5 minutes. Works wonderfully with no more dead zones in our house.

As advertised and reviewed by others, this extender is awesome! It was Ikea-easy to set up, boosts my WI-FI beyond my expectations and gosh, darn it all to heck, the unit is awfully pretty to look at... I could stare at that blue light indefinitely.

For the most part it doing what it is attended for. My boss speaker is still cutting out but my arlo pro2 camera is working better. This device is probably about 100 ft away from my router

Setup a total no-brainer (disclaimer: I was a network engineer). Almost plug-and-play. Range extension is great within its specified range (RTFM folks--I'm using this between a router and a computer that are only 30' apart in a railroad apartment). It fixed my problem for cheap! ZOOM!

When initially set up, I needed to manually connect to the extender but...I was reaching speeds of 350-400MB/s. When I learned how to reconfigure the extender to mirror my current wifi router bands and connect automatically- I lost half my speed. Still not confident that it is working properly

We had a router and an extender that just wasn't doing the job. It's a small house but the metal in the centrally located kitchen was just keeping the signal from going through. We replaced both units with this and the signal is terrific. Streaming video in both ends of the house is now a breeze. No issues.
