Add this to my interest and saved 5.00 a month rental from internet service

I have to reset it once in a while and after not using it for 2 weeks I had to completely unplug everything and start over and then it all worked again.

Set-up was straight-forward with the app, but the range it didn't work for the range I needed -- ok on one level, but didn't provide enough for second.

My daughter lives in the basement and this makes her have no problem with internet connection.great value for a great price

Works great now i dont have to pay the monthy charges ftom the cable co.

First, this product is definitely better than TP-Link - Archer C6 AC1200. The previous one was awful, disconnect a lot and cant automatically reset the speed limit to 100mbps. my internet is 480/25. So far this C7 product is fine, but it also reset itself to 100mbps for once, after I reset the router it comes back to 1000mbps. I will give this product couple days to test. Overall, the price is good, but still need to run and do more tests to tell.

Great product, but needed something different, didn't use it.

The nice thing about this router is the size as it isn't a behemoth like some other routers in the market. The setup was pretty easy and the router seemed to be pretty stable and reliable on the most current firmware available at the time. The router does feature gigabit ports as well as USB ports for connecting external drives or printers. Overall the performance and coverage was pretty good for a router in this price range. I have 20+ IP devices at any given time on my network and did not suffer any type of slow down or degradation of service. Submitted as part of a free sample program.

The AC1750/C7 is a midline home router. The C7 is pretty straight forward, but could be a lot for a novice to use. Think of this router when you want more flexibility with your network. The AC1750 has some nice features and includes 2 USB2.0 ports for backups, filesharing or a print server. The AC1750 has guest networks, good speed and some limited parental controls. The wired switch is gigabit a must in todays advanced home networks. The setup is pretty straight forward plug it in and connect to it via Wi-Fi, the SSID and the initial password are printed on the bottom of the unit. Connect to the Wi-Fi and visit http://tplinkwifi.net/ or http://192.168.0.1 in your browser. Follow the onscreen instructions and you’re done. Just make sure you pick good strong passwords. The setup interface seems a little dated when compared to some other models. However most people don’t spend much time in their routers setup so it’s really not an issue. The Wi-Fi speed is good, I had no difficulty streaming Netflix or Amazon video to my phone, while our smart TV did the same thing. The three antennas make for some good coverage.
