I replaced a Netgear router, so I had some idea of what I wanted this replacement to do. The computer interface is very easy to navigate with adequate explanations either in the downloadable manual or on the feature page. It was easy to do a basic setup, save it and then add a capability such as guest access incrementally. The firmware needed to be updated. Again very easy using the browser on my iMac. Not only did I get fixes but WPA3 security was added. I cannot comment on the other installation methods using a cloud account. The router is in one end of our 2000SF single-level house. The signal is strong out to the end of the driveway on the other side. The most difficult thing in the installation was getting the tightly wrapped protective film off the antennas.

I use this router in IP pass through mode with ATT fiber and it’s worked out well. Speed is a little better than the router ATT gave me. But the consistency is off the charts better. It also solved an issue we were having with lag on our iPhones. Lag is gone, internet is fast and consistent. It’s not the fanciest but it gets the job done well.

The TP-Link Archer AC1900 Dual Band Wi-Fi 5 router replaces another more expensive router that dropped one of the three bands after updating the firmware. The dropped wired band was the one I used for my iMac. This router works better and installation was very easy. The ac1900 meets all my needs and expectations.

It had been over ten years since I bought by old Router so I replaced it with the TP AC1900. The price was right, it is dual band and simple to hook up. I got on my iPad and ran a test and my download speed was almost doubled. More than I ever expected.

Never heard about TP-Link before I needed to buy a new router. After doing some research found out that its one of the emerging brands. The router itself was easy to install. Make sure to download the app to manage the router settings. Router is fast and very reliable so far.

This is our first TP-Link router, in the past we have went with either Motorola, Linksys, or Netgear brands. However, a service tech from our internet provider spoke highly of TP-Link, so we went with this model. So far we have had this router for a a little over a month and have experienced faster upload/download speeds. Would not hesitate to purchase again. We are pleasantly surprised!

This was a snap to set up. Coverage is great in my 2-story, 3K ft house. We can stream upstairs when we couldn't before. Yes, you'll need to re-name your network, but that's not a deal-killer.

Two-story house, great coverage on 2.4 band and great speed on 5G band.

Purchased this router to update our wi-fi. This is lighting fast and supports two parents working online from home and two high school children schooling virtually during Covid. In addition, our littlest can stream Netflx at same time. Excellent!

It was over 10 years ago since I had bought my first router and I was dropping my electronics wi-fi because I had too many using it. My new TP-Link Archer AC1900 Dual Band works do much better. No more having my Wi-Fi dropped when using all my electronics.

I researched many products and made the decision to purchase this product. I am not sorry for that decision since this has proven to be a superior product. This was easy to set-up and I have had no issues or problems since the purchase. Highly recommended.

House is too big for my netgear nighthawk modem to cover so I needed a second wifi hot spot. This is far cheaper and seems to work as good or even better than my netgear nighthawk AC1900. The UI is more responsive as well.

Should have upgraded long ago. Speed is much better throughout the whole house.
