I cannot rate the Tech Support...I never needed to call them. The signal is strong and I am very pleased. One caution: The LED lights on the front are huge and quite bright.

UI is very simplistic and slow, but the router itself has great throughput! At least twice that of the NetGear R7000 it replaced!

I ended up returning this (the Best Buy employee who was extremely helpful told me that they normally don't have an issue with this router) and bought an Asus which I found very easy to install. Obviously can't comment on the efficiency of this model because I never got that far. My overall rating is due to the setup experience with their app.

If you ran into difficulty during setup steps, such as with Internet connectivity, it may be that your modem's MAC (Media Access Control) binding needs to be released and renewed so it can provide an IP address (and Internet) to the Router, which can typically be done in just a few steps.
