    The range is limited about 20ft from the room where it is. But other than that within the space wifi is great and I have two lines running from the router to a work computer and a PlayStation 5. With no lag or delay in connection so far. The app that comes with this router is easy to set up and to monitor your router’s connection.

    For speeds, 500 Mbps is acceptable, although you could check out more options from the same brand, but to download 60 GB games it takes about 10-15 minutes.
