Easy set up but you have to follow the instructions to a T. I originally skipped a step thinking it unnecessary or redundant and it didn't work. It was a simple fix the 2nd time around. Great signal and each time I've done a speed test it has surpassed the advertised rate.

Gets the job done and gets the job done well. Not much more you can ask from my use. I play games and stream wirelessly to 2 tvs. I never get lags even when all my nephew and nieces are on their iPads. So it's definitely holding up to the challenge.

My internet would slow down during weekends and nights consistently until I bought this router. I have not had any issues with buffering or lagging using this router. The “Tether” app is awesome, you have so much control and the yearly subscription is super affordable. You can prioritize devices, monitor family activities, block websites, and so much more. Highly recommend to anyone and their family.

For years I have only used another brand of router. When I needed to replace a failing unit I did come checking and saw really good reviews for the TP-Link units. Decided I would give it a try. I have a lot of smart home devices running in my home so I can't just run any unit. It needs to be able to handle 40+/- devices at a time. So that was a point of concern. While actual bandwidth usage is not huge with most of them I can't have them dropping off and reconnecting all the time. I'm happy to say that the TP-Link work flawlessly. I have be impressed with the unit since I got it set up. Have only had a couple of issues but most of that was due to the ISP and their connection, not this unit. I would have to say this is probably one of the best smart home routers on the market. Can't say how it does with multiple streaming devices running simultaneously but I haven't run into any bottlenecks or buffering. Good unit and an excellent price.

I never set up a modem or router before. Wanted to get rid of the monthly cable gateway fee. Stopped in BestBuy for this and the Motorola MB8611. I had zero issues. Works better than the ISP provided and extremely easy set up and that’s coming from someone that’s never done this before. Very respectable performance for the money. My family loves the family TV time very evening watching different streaming shows and with it and no issues whatsoever.

Prior to this I’d had a Google OnHub router that served me faithfully for almost a decade. One of the reasons I really loved that router, and was hesitant to get something more modern, was that it almost never needed to be restarted or reset (something that I found very annoying with past routers). Fortunately, this new router has actually been as great and, in some ways, is even better! After almost a month I haven’t run into any issues, and I find that I get better signal in parts of my house that previously caused issues for the old router. In summary, this is a great option for anyone looking for a new router at a reasonable price. It handles gamin, streaming, large downloads and uploads, all without issue. Highly recommend!!

Easy set up good price fast speeds! Needed an upgrade for my wifi and got this set up in less than 20 min unboxing and wire set up included!

New Archer router works well. Pretty easy to install.

Works great. It is able to cover our entire 2 story, 2700 sq foot house with no problem. Multiple devices on the wifi at the same time and no lag.

Its a great router it has a great reach on it i bought it because i needed a router to cover a 1600 sq ft space and be good for gaming i have no dead zones in the house and no lag on games

Very easy to setup and get connect to. Love the app on iOS to configure and maintain. Covers the 900 square foot apartment perfectly.

This is probably one the best routers I have purchased yet. The performance and ease of set up is is well worth the moderate price. I also bought the same brand extender because our house has upstairs and basement. It performs as well as the router.

Great multi-gigabyte router. Met my needs and integrated easily with my 2 Mbps fiber optic network service. Router was easy to install and configure with the provided TP-Link utility. The Tether phone app is also useful to assess WiFi operation

I was a little skeptical about this Router, well don't listen to me, this is a fantastic Router. The App that uses is amazing, I have no more slowdown, or being kicked out while playing my consoles. Great quality, great range, and great App support.

I live in an apartment where the wifi ISP is shared and also work from home, so I needed something that has over 200+ speeds both upload and download. This is in combination with having to run a virtual desktop within my own desktop. This particular router does its job very well once I was able to get it up and running. Still sometimes has some hiccups in spite of that, which is a little unfortunate and the reason this is a 4/5 star rating and not a 5/5 star rating. I think that's still pretty impressive given my job internet requirements!!

Super easy setup, extremely fast wifi speeds, and great coverage. For the price you can't beat it.

I absolutely love this router. The Tether iPhone app works flawlessly. Unlike my old router's night hawk app, that never worked. I am using this with Google Fiber 1gig internet. I am not using the provided Google router at all. The TP-Link ax3000 is easy to set up and manage, including access control lists, i.e., Mac filtering. Wireless speeds are outstanding, and I am so glad I switched to this router. I also love that you can schedule a restart of the router every week on a specific day and time. There is so much to love with this router: ease of setup and management, wifi speed, coverage, and not randomly dropping connections.

I feel like the product was absolutely fantastic, but it would not work on my system because my system is so antiquated. I can’t blame the product for what I’m dealing with.

I was surprised by the ease of setting up this router. It took less than an hour to get all of our devices connected. It increased our speed dramatically from our old router.
