    Ive seen other reviews when i first bought this product a few weeks ago and i was feeling discouraged and felt like i wasted my money, but I had the courage to atleast try to use the wifi adapter and it works great, i think many other reviews may be due to the version of windows they may be running or somewhat a user end problem, its a great product just read the back to check if the adapter is compatible to your computer and the software.

    Low speed compared to a 35$ adapter and it costs 3 times as much. No product reviews online because new product beware its very bad.

If you are experiencing abnormal performance with the adapter, we would first recommend making sure it is connected to a high-speed USB 3.0 port or even swapping to another USB 3.0 port if it is already in one.

      To optimize your Wi-Fi 6E experience, it is also generally recommended to ensure your router supports the beneficial features of Wi-Fi 6E technology and that its firmware is fully updated.
