It’s pretty future proof with the WiFi 7 capabilities and mesh security features..

All three mesh units randomly drop connection, triggering constant camera notifications about lost signal. It’s reached the point where everyone in the house just switches to cellular data because it’s more reliable than the Wi-Fi. Support has been polite, but the proposed solution so far has been replacing a brand-new 3-unit system with refurbished units, which is a surprising way to resolve a new-product failure.

TP-Link Kasa devices have to be paired via the Deco app, otherwise they can't find the IOT network. Still trying to figure out why I am getting network drop outs.

We are a family of four with all of the things connected to the internet more than 28 devices connected including a EV. We upgraded from the orbi 750 with two nodes. This quad band system with three nodes has been a delight. Connection has been strong since having it which has been 2months. The wife and i work from home she uses wifi and i wire in via a basestation. Only issue ive encountered is my wired in laptop will sometimes blink in connection. Other than that we’ve noticed a stronger/faster connection gaming, streaming etc.

Our mesh includes our house, garage, and outdoor (She-shed) and we're getting really good coverage and speeds everywhere. Am a little disappointed that my WiFi speeds aren't reaching the 400-800 speeds but It's not the Deco's fault. Controls over the app (iOS) are very good and there's a lot of options for tweaking and optimizing.

I connected it to my T-Mobile Home Internet gateway and set it to bridge mode and before I didn’t get full speeds in some parts of my house now I get to take advantage of the speeds im getting.

Wireless backhaul is excellent, no having the mess with excess cables. Tons of features for Parental control. The future is here with Wifi 7

With the deco we stay connected and everything is smooth. I also really like being able to see how many devices are online and what the status of the system is through the app
