Bought these because my daughter's bedroom had very poor wi-fi signal. While the router gets 500 Mb/s to the Internet, that bedroom was getting less than 0.5 Mb/s on speed tests. Setup took about ten minutes or so - you plug one in with wired, and use their app to set up the SID and network password you want to use. End result: my daughter's bedroom now gets about 100 Mb/s. Yay! I also like that the app shows you which devices are attaching to which of the access points, and the "seamless" switching between access points. There's also a "network optimizer" you can run, which checks to see which wi-fi channels have the least interference and selects those. Thanks to the seamless switching, you can run the optimizer at any time without interrupting connectivity noticeably. Each device has two wired ethernet ports, which you can use to connect equipment that doesn't have wi-fi capability, so these can also be used for that purpose.

I move around a lot which is relevant to this review because most homes I have lived in, (~ 15 homes), had a few areas where the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi bandwidth had difficulty reaching. I wanted to see if TP-Link’s AX1800 mesh network would help with this challenge and if I am super lucky, completely resolve it. The setup I choose was a dual-station package with one station connected with an included data cable to the router and the other station placed in an area with weak signal. It is worth noting that my internet is fiber optic with up to 1 Gbps up and 1 Gbps down. Due to the speed, I do not have a modem and my router is one I purchased and not the one that the ISP typically leases to you. Setup for the Deco mesh network system very simple. There is an app you download that goes through every step. I tend to be on the slow side when it comes to installing new equipment, but the total time for install was around 15 - 20 minutes. My speed test prior to setup of the mesh network in the weak signal area was around 24 Mbps down which is very frustrating when you are paying for up to 1 Gbps. You’ll see in one photo after the installation of the mesh network, the speed is now mind blowing. It is also worth noting that my home has a smart panel with all the internet equipment. This smart panel is made of metal and really impacts the internet speed. However, after the mesh network was setup and running, I didn’t notice any drop in speed due to the metal smart panel box. If you have areas in your home that have weak Wi-Fi signal, especially on 2.4 GHz bandwidth, you will be very happy once you have the TP-Link AX1800 mesh network system up and running.

not great, but not the worse mesh devices I have ever used. Easy to setup and do give very decent coverage around the house. Not many features really outside of that. It is what it is for the price a very nice value.

This Product saved the day ! It certainly helped my Home Wi-Fi Network getting increased coverage and stable signal in my two story raised ranch , when my Mobile Cell Phone is using Wi-Fi Mode. Glad I bought this and was easy to interface this to my Modem. The App from TP-Link was installed on my phone and made the configuration setup easy to accomplish. Mesh is the way to go , instead of getting a Wi-Fi Extender.

Using with Starlink. The wife set up an office in a camp trailer. The Starlink wouldn't quite reach that far so we set up a mesh system. We now have the office and several cameras set up 100 yards from the house. The 12v port allows the use of a 12v solar system powering the trailer.

I now have strong, fast, and stable Wi-Fi in every corner of the house, including spots that used to be total dead zones. Streaming, gaming, video calls, all smooth as butter. it also looks sleek and unobtrusive, unlike some bulky routers. lf you're tired of buffering and dropouts, this mesh system is the fix. Highly recommend!

I purchased this router to improve Wi-Fi coverage throughout my house, and so far, it's done its job well. As someone who hasn't used a router before, I don't have anything to compare it to, but I haven't run into any issues. The connection has been stable, and the signal reaches all the rooms I need it to. Overall, I'm satisfied with the performance and would recommend it to other first-time buyers looking for a reliable setup.

Works great, coverage is good, and setup is very easy. The app is absolutely awesome. It gives you total control of the entire system. I can’t see ever purchasing another brand. I would definitely purchase again.

Easy set up and use. Small units, simple hook up and simple setup. can't ask for anything better for the price. Coverage is tremedous. I can still connect to the wifi out in the middle of my back yard.

Love this Dual Band Whole Home Mesh. Wi-Fi 6 System. it really help me clear up the interference I was recieving and losing connections to my radio channels when using my camera system and my dot eco . I need to cover my house range which is 2600 square foot. This was a great buy.

This mesh system has been perfect for our 2700sq. ft. house. Easy to set up with the instructions on an app. and they fit in with any decor.

Works insanely well! Great if you have a service provider that allows wifi network bleeding in areas where everyone has the same wifi. So much faster!

I was having a lot of dropped internet signals with my old setup (which was atleast four year old) and this completely fixed it. these work great to help keep wifi signal going strong in the house. Unfortunately I can't make use of the backhaul feature yet with needing some moca adapters to utilize the coax cable in my house but other wise the speed and coverage is great! Though I will say at least for me I notice there's a slight notable switching between the nodes, but it's nothing that would alter regular wifi usage. I only have 2 setup up as opposed to the three so that could play a bit of a role in it as well as me needing a new modem. Otherwise it perfectly suits my needs with area coverage in my two floor town home one upstairs and the other downstairs. The app is really nice to have as well though I wish there was an option to turn off wifi at night, unless I'm just completely oblivious to it lol.

The TP-Link Deco X25 is a total game-changer! Super easy to set up, amazing coverage—no more dead spots. Speeds are fast and reliable, even with tons of devices connected. And the price? Totally worth it for a mesh system this good. If you want hassle-free, rock-solid Wi-Fi, this is it!

took a bit to get it hooked up to the app on my phone but once it did, the connection was excellent! even out in my shop where I have one of the satellite pods.

Glad we got these. Our router is on the ground level on the north side of our townhome. Our offices are on the 3rd level on the south side. We were having some major internet strenght issues. Once we got these, we have NO issues with streaming games while also being on video calls. Great option for the price and super glad we got these. We have one on each floor and it has made our home a nice hub for wifi with no more connection strenght issues!

Hooked these up in my house to extend WiFi network and expand house coverage! Wifi is incredibly fast now and reliable! 10 out 10 would recommend!
