Have done basic management with the app. Easy to set up. Haven't done thorough speed tests but it's faster than any other wifi I've used.

They both run at the same speeds but this has a 2.5gb lan compared to the Google 1gb. This means no matter how fast your connection is (2gb, 5gb, or more) they are throttled down to the speed of the lan. So for about the same price, you are getting a much faster lan connection. I do wish the app allowed more customization, but over all this is a good setup.

Didn’t realize that only wi-if 6E compatible devices can connect to the 6hz band and I don’t have any such devices. I got the deco w7200 tri-band router instead-and it has been awesome. Still, it’s a good prod it at a good price, and I would recommend this to anyone who has 6E compatibility.

Thank you for your review. Although backwards compatible with previous Wi-Fi generations, Wi-Fi 6E (6 GHz) connectivity and its exclusive features does require Wi-Fi 6E compatible devices. In some cases, powering down your Internet modem before connecting the Main Deco can help release and renew the MAC (Media Access Control) address of the modem, which is a common occurrence with some Internet service providers.
