Easy to setup and had no issues whatsoever since then. The Deco app gives you the mesh system status, connected devices and network information. Perfect and easy to use App to manage the mesh devices. The connection speeds are pretty good and provide a good coverage for a medium home. Only observation, is the older apple devices have rare issues connecting to the routers which are 6E..especially 2020 MacBook Pro. It is not frequent though.

I have an older home with over inch thick plaster, metal lath and drywall composed walls. This system delivers nearly maximum down stream and upstream performance to all my devices. We are an all streaming home with about 30 devices online. We can take separate zoom meetings concurrently and see no degraded performance. I like the IOT feature to leave the 5 and 6ghtz frequencies open for other items. Set up was easy, although I did have to manually reprogram smart home items. That wasn’t related to the router though. We are covering 1500 sqft upstairs snd down. And our connection works well on the back porch. Definitely recommend this product.

Super easy setup. I have 1 gig Cable Internet service and I see close to 900 mbps down on some devices. We have no issues with streaming services even if 3 TV's are going at once. Range is more than enough for our 2500 sq ft single store home and extends enough to cover garage and 1/2 acre lot. Only complaint is I see no way to setup separate 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands and be able to choose which one I want to use. This has not been an issue but I would like to be able to have the option.

I’ve used quite a few routers over the years from various manufacturers. The last was a WIFI6 router that was quite lacking in real functionality for people who know what they are doing. But it was the highest rated for its generation.
But this one is so far ahead. If you use the 6GHz band for the back haul between devices, you can have really fast connections all over your house. Even if you don’t have any devices that support WIFI 6E you will benefit from that moving data around the house. But if you have devices that do support 6E you will love the performance. The price was really good for such a router. I would buy this one again for sure. Highly recommended.

I bought this mesh system to (hopefully) improve on the download speed I had been getting from my Xfinity router (1 Gbps plan). While Xfinity always reported I was getting 1 Gbps or more at the gateway, I never saw anything close to that at my computer, which was on the third floor with the Xfinity router on the 2nd floor. Even with an Xfinity extender I usually saw download speeds in the 100-200 Mbps range and only 2 out o 3 bars on the wifi strength.
I installed this TP-Link system with no problems. It was easy and straight-forward using their smart phone app. I was initially disappointed with the download speed, which started out not much better than Xfinity. Then I started experimenting with placement of the three mesh units. I finally settled on an arrangement that essentially doubled my download speed (or better). The image shows a speed test where I measured 562 Mbps download, and sometimes I see over 600, and this is at my computer, which is farthest away from my gateway. I'd say this is the result I was hoping for. All good!
My home is a 2700 square foot 3-story townhouse. My gateway is in the living room on the second floor. I ended up placing the second unit in the dining room which is an unobstructed straight shot of 30' or so from the gateway. The third unit went into the office on the third floor, which is directly above the dining room, so the signal from unit 2 to unit 3 only has to penetrate the ceiling to reach my computer area. My wifi signal strength everywhere is now at max (3 bars). In the final configuration I also connected my computer to unit 3 with an Ethernet cable in an attempt to maximize the speed and stability.
Overall, well satisfied with this product.

Review title as true as true gets. Our modem from our ISP acted as our home wifi router. Bandwidth overall was great with 1gig fiber. However, it would allow at best only 25 maybe 30 devices connected at any given time. There was no option with their app for prioritizing what needs to stay connected so with security cams/sensors, apple/amazon/google items from thermostats to tvs/xbox to simply cell phones constantly fought one another for connection and data. This specific mesh system beautifully solved that issue. No lag, jutter or disconnects. This system is able to divy out full bandwidth to all connections without dropping connections or splitting bandwidth. I actually plan to get a second set to have additonal coverage and with ethernet switches allowing more hard wire connections that werent possible before without tearing drywall and running new connection ports. One trick I did learn from our ISP was to turn the wifi off altogether on our modem/router as i didnt think to do that initially as the tech was saying since running on same freqs could cause some additional connectivity issues (wave form cancellation if you will) and, boom, mesh system worked even better! The most of the one star reviews I read I believe to simply be a faulty unit (one more reason to be a BB total plus member- simply return system for a new one to test if thats the problem) or running interference with existing comms channels. Cant praise TP Link high enough as I currently believe they make the best home tech devices on the consumer market these days. Highly recommend!

The system is working as advertised. Setup was easy and the 6Ghz dedicated backhaul is the next best think to ethernet. Two issues caused me to remove a star: 1. TP-Link charges you for certain security features and parental controls. I have been an Asus user for years and they provide every feature available for the life of the product with the purchase of the product. Bad form TP-Link to charge $400 for a wireless mesh system and withhold features unless customers pay more, every month. You should include those features at no additional charge. 2.The network management software in the app needs work. It is not intuitive at alland certain devices that I know are connected to the network do not show up as being on the network in the app. Hard to manage what you cant see.

Great mesh system. Simple to setup and works like its supposed to. It has eliminated the dead spots in our 4600 square foot house. We probably could have gotten away with just 2 units but we have a full basement so I put one down there. App is simple and shows everything I need. My only complaint is that, at this price, the home shield should be included , not an extra fee. Other than that, its great!

Coming from an Orbi RBR50, this set of 3 6E capable units is a big upgrade, providing excellent WiFi coverage for my 2900 sq. ft home with two stories.
The main unit is in the garage where my fiber jack comes into the property (Jack plugs into the main XE75 unit), my second unit is in the living room, and the third in the bedroom which can also be easily moved upstairs if needed.
I am on my 2nd box. My first set failed at least 4-to-6 times a day and was very frustrating to deal with. I have BB's "Total Tech" service, and was able to replace the first set in about 2 minutes at the store...no hassles whatsoever.
The second/new set works flawlessly. Set-it and forget it. The initial setup is a breeze, with several prompts to guide you through the process. In the end, I was able to connect each unit to an ethernet jack, giving me the best performance throughout my home.
The setup and configuration is done through your phone and TPLink does a good job setting up many of the defaults. There are several settings that need to be manually configured, and it takes a little while to navigate through the whole app finding the settings to set/change.
The first-time setup also included a firmware update, which took about 4 minutes to complete.
The only key features of the browser interface is being able to see and download log files, and manually install new firmware.
A bonus feature: a setting to turn off the unit LED at a specified time and turn it back on at aa specified time...great for the unit in my bedroom.
Overall, my experience has been very good and it was a wise purchase on my part. With 6E and the XE75, I am future proofed for some time to come.

Purchased the Deco XE75 to replace my WiFi Mesh System that I bought last year. I have the 3 devices setup in the living room (center of the house), garage, and bedroom. I have a spotless coverage on all of my devices, whether I use the laptop, phones, etc. Apple TV streaming device (there are 3 set up in my house) works flawless with this system, never had any issues. The guest network option is great to have for anyone coming over. Setup was super easy, works straight out of the box.

This router had almost everything I was looking for: Excellent range, easy to use, super speeds, whole-house connectivity, huge backhaul, and size! There was only one feature I was missing and that was the ability to change the frequency bands manually instead of letting the router optimize. My cul-de-sac where I live is pretty condensed so I was getting interference that the optimization couldn't fix. Otherwise, fantastic router!

The TP-Link Deco XE75 Pro is a top-tier Wi-Fi 6E mesh system known for its easy setup and superior performance, utilizing the new 6E spectrum.
This three-piece system offers 6GHz connectivity, Multi-gig Ethernet (great if your speed from ISP is more than 1Gbps), robust throughput between Mesh points using 6E for backhaul (although you can, I recommend not using it for clients), fast roaming (allows wireless clients to move between mesh points without interruption), and beamforming (improves client connectivity by reducing interference which increases data transfer speeds).
Setting up the Deco XE75 Pro is quick and straightforward through the Deco app (the web-based console is very limited and you can’t use it to set it up).
The system includes advanced network security features like malicious content filtering and parental controls.
Priced competitively, the XE75 Pro stands out for its exceptional performance and signal range, making it a reliable choice for large homes with many clients.
Overall, it competes well with other more expensive top 6E mesh systems.

I always had Netgear wifi units. In 2018 bought an Orbi system. It worked well. When it came to upgrading my daughter told me about the DECO mesh system. She bought the 7E high-dollar one. I can't afford that so found this unit for $299 at Best Buy. It was an easy setup and works fantastic. I did not know what I was missing. My apps on my TV and elsewhere load up fast. Great speed all over the house now. No buffering on movies. I had upgraded my internet to one gig speed.

The TP-Link Deco app is simple and easy to use. I just bought the Deco XE75 Pro to upgrade from my X20 setup. It was so easy to add the first unit to my setup and the second and third unit were added automatically once I plugged them in. I didn’t have to reset any of my wifi settings to add the new units and it made the hassle of getting everything connected nonexistent. I love TP-Link products and will continue to buy them in the future.

I just upgraded from a Netgear WiFi Router with a range extender in the other room. This was SO much easier to install and configure and works much more seamlessly with my devices. I had it up and running in no time with the Deco app on my Android phone. The only confusing thing was that the app asks you to pick your model and I kept looking for AXE5400, but it was under XE75 (the other part of the name). I also had to make sure that my old network was down for 30s or so before it would allow me to re-use the network name and password (so I wouldn't have to re-enter settings in every WiFi device in my house).
I'm getting consistent, full speed throughout the house and garage now. I was happy that it will search all the channels to find the emptiest one (I live in a very crowded neighborhood - in the past I had to manually find the empty channels). After setup I used a scanning app to verify that it had chosen channels that none of my neighbors use :-)
I also have wired ethernet in many places in the house, and was happy to find that I could just plug one of the non-main units into the wall and it automatically switched to using the wired connection as the backchannel to the main unit. How cool was that? The app shows exactly what is going on with the system in a very understandable way.
It literally made every smart decision through the whole process all by itself. Even though I know what to do, I didn't have to lift a finger for it to set itself up in the most optimal way.
I wondered if I was being silly to spend this kind of money to upgrade my system, and it was worth every penny!

I bought this for a multi storied house with concrete walls, most wifi routers struggle to get the signals to the second floor even when we keep the router in a centralized location with a clear path to the rooms upstairs, this router has been stellar and the wifi signals reach the security cameras outside home and also the TV and laptops upstairs. The point that It was easy to setup is just an living on the cake.

I replaced an older Linksys Velop mesh system with this 3 pack. I actually set up this new network with the same wifi name and password as the old network and after it was running every device reconnected on their own in a few minutes. The setup process in the app is very easy, and fast, bringing the whole new network online just a few minutes after powering off our old one.
We use MoCA 2.5 adapters to created a wired backhaul between the 3 Deco nodes so we have full speed backhaul. Every device sees the maximum Internet speed of our Spectrum cable connection no matter which node they connect to. And we have a laser printer and a TabloTV DVR unit connected to the extra ports on the nodes.
The app is easy to use, gives us a lot of good info such as which nodes each device is connected to, and how each node is interconnected to each other at any given time.
We also get security assessments and notifications of new devices connecting to the network which helps alot. Port forwarding and other features are easy to setup in the app as well, plus the router supports a variety of VPN setups so we can connect back to our home network from a phone or laptop while travelling.
All in all, a really nice setup for the money.
