The system's range is also frequently highlighted as a significant benefit. These have been fantastic. It is a total game changer for home and even small business wifi. Excellent coverage is possible in even the largest homes, across multiple floors - and if you place them smartly you will also get great coverage in the yard, garage and surrounding areas. I use these a little differently - as I already have a router, which has my wired network connected to it. I do not use the router function in the Deco as a result - and have them set to Access Point mode. I use the 6E as backhaul between the APs, and advertise 2.5 andd 5GHz for all devices. They stay up and other than a firmware update that was necessary on one of the APs - I have not had any issues at all. They have been rock solid. You can also use the network ports on the APs to connect remote devices which are wired into the wireless network and be available to the rest of your devices network-wide. For example - on the AP which is furthest away from the router - I have an older HP color laser printer and a plotter - both with jet direct cards in them. I plugged them into the Deco and set the IP info and now they are accessible to anyone on the network. On another deco I have a 12 port switched plugged in, and have a half dozen security cameras connected to that. This kind of flexibility is a great step forward in home and small business networking. You can also add more deco APs into the mesh as you need or grow. I have already added 2 to the 3-pack I bought here. One is in a shed/shop that is near the back of the large yard. The shed does get coverage from inside the house - but it is not the best. Adding an AP there solved that problem by extending the signal it does receive and giving great strength out there. At the end of the day - I hope this line sticks around a long time. I have owned it over a year and it has been great so far. Hoping the quality continues for many years.

Relatively easy set-up and very good speed / connectivity throughout my home (2-story, 2700 square feet). The 3-pack replaced an old / unsupported single router (from a different vendor), with the improvement in performance being both noticeable and expected. Just an awareness comment, not a complaint: When connecting the hubs, be aware it takes a few minutes to go from a flashing red to green / connected. I am happy with my purchase, both in terms of functionality and value.

Easy to set up. Software works great. Gives me a strong signal across all 4800 sq ft. It also gives a signal ot the pool which is 100’ from the house. The designated backhaul really helps with speed.

Mesh has been a massive game changer in our home. Not just for our devices, but for our signal strength and the area covered. I still need one more for the garage, but I'd highly recommend.

This has been a great addition for my 3 level house with 1gig service. My older Google mesh couldn't keep up and i was lagging badly downstairs. Once i added this system, no more lagging on any of the three levels of our house. I was even able to run a ethernet cable straight off one of the hubs for my PS5. Now i have smooth online gaming as well. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This is probably the best router on the market! My home is 3500 sq feet and this device covers my entire home with no problem. It takes a good 30 minutes to set up and ensure everything works properly. This set, when set up the correct way, will even cover a good amount of your front and backyard also. This router set is perfect for large homes.

Absolutely excellent coverage and very easy to set up. From start to finish for all three was less than 30 minutes. Coverage in a 2800 sq/ft house was excellent with speeds at 500mbs plus from any location.

This took a bit to set up as I did not know what I was doing. BUT wow this thing is awsome. Have no problems what so ever with internet and or wifi. I have perfect internet throughout my house and never lose signal or drop signal strength. I have one in my living room for my xbox, and the other 2 in seperate bedrooms. When you walk by whichever is closer your device automatically switches to that hub and easy to access with the app.

Excellent wireless solution. This is definitely the sweet spot right now with WiFi future proof and price. Yes WiFi 7 is an option but this model also uses the true 6 ghz band. I wanted a good replacement for my old Linksys wireless n(diy mesh). This system had excellent wall penetration and range, all child nodes were hard wired. I have a lot of wyze 2.4ghz outdoor devices and they struggled with this system. Don’t get me wrong this is a one and done setup, install it and forget about it for years quality equipment. I ended up going to a wifi 7 deco setup to utilize more wired on board ports per router. I would recommend this if you want to future proof your wifi with a true 6ghz band, have minimum wired connections and have minimal outdoor 2.4 devices. No rubber feet!

The fac that this has a 2.5 Gb port in the back for the price it is surprises me. I think this is the perfect vaule of cost and performance. There are better routers out there but if you want something solid and easy to set up this is the choice. The only negative is that it separates the 6Ghz channel under a different SSID. So you can just have one wifi to connect to and your phone figures it out.

Bought this set because our home has the hookup on one end. Coverage on the other end is non-existent. These nodes spread wireless coverage out beautifully. They're extremely easy to manage from the app. The only complaint I have is that there could be more features available to control in the app. However we're extremely happy with what they do offer and plan to keep these for a while.

Replaced an outgoing Linksys mesh system that didn't do what I needed it to do (namely to work in Bridge mode so that i could use these as access points to the network routed by a Firewalla device). Coverage is better than what it replaced, despite that system costing over $1,000. Also much faster!!
