Great product. I now have three of these outdoor plugs to control holiday lighting. It’s so much easier to control then old fashioned timers. All the lights come on at once, don’t loose the time during a power outage, and can be controlled on you phone. What more could you want!

So far this is working as expected. I bought it to use it outdoor and having 2 plug outlets is pretty cool and very convenient. The app is also easy to use and there is no delay at all from when i turn on my outdoor lights via the app to the lights turning on. So far its been working great!

I bought this to run Christmas lights this year and it has worked as expected. I already had some other Kasa switches so adding each outlet was quick. I used the sunset/sunrise settings to schedule the lights to come on and off. Next I'll use this for some standard outdoor string lights. Happy with the product.

I'm no stranger to smart home devices. I've installed a couple Kasa smart switches already and the process here was just as easy and straight forward as it was with them. They have all the functionality you'd expect from a smart device, like scheduling and timers, with a simple GUI to set your preferences with.

Purchased to manage lighted outdoor Christmas decorations on our porch. Setup was easy to add a dusk/dawn schedule for turning it off and on. I also setup with Alexa to be able to turn off or on using Alexa commands. We only used one plug but each is able to be named and managed separately. No issues at all.

We have 4 of these that we use during the winter months for our Christmas lights and they work perfectly! No more going outside in the cold to turn on/off the lights. Simply use the app to turn them on and off at a certain time every day - I never even have to think about it. Should’ve done this years ago!

They worked great and will definitely be buying more.

I've installed it less than a month ago as of this post and I have had no problems. I use it to turn on my outdoor track lighting and it works well, and was easy to setup. I'm in Florida and we get frequent storms during late Spring to end of Autumn. We'll see how it holds up. No complaints yet.

Works a charm, especially like that each side of the outlet is independently controllable. Only downside, which isn't a deal breaker, is that the covers aren't likely to stay into the unused outlet over the long term.

Easy setup with app. Very convenient. Excellent quality. Kasa products have been great for me. Only issue with this specific plug has been with scheduling.

Love this plug! I purchased it for my husband so he would stop leaving the christmas lights on all night :) Now all he has to do is tell Alexa to turn off the lights. Was very simple to download app and sync it and also with Alexa. Very happy that I purchased this.

I have been a heavy user of kasa products and this wifi plug is not an exception. I bought it originally for my Christmas lights outside to control when is it gonna turn on and off. Great product, quality is best and it saves me money coz I can time when my light will turn on and off.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Having numerous Kasa smart bulbs already, this was a breeze to add to the network and app. Bonus, you can name each of the outlets on this and turn them on and off separately or simply set an off and on schedule. Great for things like holiday lights and decorations.

I was in need of a new outdoor timer for my patio lights, Since I have Alexa and a couple of indoor smart plugs I wan very interested in an outdoor smart plug. Absolutely love this Kasa smart plug. It was very easy to setup and everything is done with the app. I will be getting others for my Christmas lights.

We wanted to be able to turn our pergola lights on and off without using a step stool (power outlet is on the ceiling). We already have other TP link Kasa products and love them so this was perfect. Works really well, we were able to link it to Alexa with no issues. Very pleased with the product.

I currently have a house full of Kasa compatible devices. This is the perfect controller for our outdoor Christmas light display. It was easy to add it to the Kasa app and connected to our wifi with no difficulty. While I rank it high now, the real test is to see how it holds up after the winter.

Another app to download, but works pretty well. App is pretty intuitive and the plug worked throughout the cold Minnesota winter.

Switch works great. I use this to control light and inflatables during the holidays. there were some problems in the beginning to connect to my WiFi but I think it was just user error. I have additional ones and they connected flawlessly. Works with both my Google Home and Alexa. Sometimes when I use Google to operate the switch, it wont respond, or it says it cannot find it. I am assuming it is a signal sensitivity thing. But that happens rarely. If it doesnt work on Google, then I have Alexa do it and it works fine. It could be the unit itself because the units work fine. Either way, works, 99.99% of the time. I am ok with that. The app works fine and offers me the flexibility that I want/need. Love that it works with Google/Alexa.

Originally thought this was a little expensive since the indoor ones are much cheaper, but it is totally worth it. This thing is made very well, extremely durable, and it has two plugs that you can control independently. Have been using outdoors in the driving rain and freezing conditions and its still just like new.
