Smart plug Kasa software kind of sucks But thankfully works great with google home, set up though that to bypass Kasa software entirely, and I highly recommend this product, use it currently to control the Christmas tree in the living room, will probably leave it with the Christmas lights until next year.

I purchased one of these outlets before to replace another brand, I found once the app was downloaded it was really easy to set up the outlet. I put it in a receptacle that I could use easily to make a good connection with my wifi and then moved it to the outlet that I wanted and it hasn't failed at all. Really happy with this product.

Easy to set up with the tp-link app (Kasa). Then you can link it to your google home app to work with google mini. Plug in anything you want then tell google to turn it on and off! Or you can set it up on a time. I plugged my outside Christmas lights into it in my garage and now I just tell google to turn them on and off. I don’t have to go outside in the cold!

I love my TP-Link by Kasa plugs. I have a smart home and I can control most everything in my house through my Alexa. These plugs are great for our Christmas tree lights, lamps, just about anything that plugs in that you want to control, as long as it is within the voltage/amperage requirements.

I have two of these and they work Great. I use them everyday on my bedroom light to avoid the inconveniences of getting up to turn off the light before going to sleep. Yup, I am that lazy! One thing I wished is if it could link to a Logitech remote for use on my entertainment system. If you are looking for that get a different one.

I love these. I will give these as gifts! The TP Link app is fantastic and they make other products that all connect - strip lights, bulbs, etc. and they connect to Amazon products like Alexa. So great! Easy to set timers, turn on/off, and perfect when out of town.

I use these with my Alexa very easy to set up takes only a couple of minutes and I use it to turn on my lights and TV it’s the best invention ever

Wemo was ridiculous to connect and would lose its configuration if it lost power. So I tried to-link. Bullet proof and easy to setup. Now own 6 of them.

Got wemo first but couldn’t use app to connect multiple locations on different wifi routers. Wemo allows all units to be on same router. These tp-link Kasa mini units can be installed at different geographic locations on different wifi routers and all be controlled by the handy app. Sofar, after a week they all preform flawlessly.

We have used these for a few weeks now and can honestly say they work perfectly. Setup was a breeze and connecting them to Google home was equally as easy. Haven't had a time yet when they don't respond to commands. These have made my wife super happy, not having to plug and unplug lights on our mantle.

This device is so easy, TP-Link has made it a breeze with the app user interface on Kasa app, and integration with Alexa. These are wonderful around the holidays for instructing Alexa to "turn on your christmas Tree" or other various plug in appliances and devices. It works smoothly across apple devices or alexa smart home's. Buy this and let the fun begin!

This a great Alexa-enabled product that allows hands-free operation of WHATEVER is plugged into it. We use it to turn ON and OFF our electric fireplace without needing to get up while watching television as a family, etc. Set-up was simple, so now it’s as easy as just speaking, “Alexa, the the fireplace on.” Alexa responds, “Okay.” and the fireplace turns on. We feel spoiled!!

This plug is so incredibly simple to plug and follow very easy directions. Works every time no matter thru Alexa or the app. Going to buy a lot more!!!

TP Link made a great device, very easy to setup in the Kasa app, once the individual plugs are located, and named, integrating into my Google Home setup was just as easy. through Kasa app timers, I don't need to worry about lights being off when needed, or left on when not I would recommend these for anyone just starting to play with the Smart Home idea

Easy to use and great for what they are. Used these to set a timer for indoor Christmas lights. Once the initial set up with the app was completed, I didn’t have to plug in or unplug the lights every day, which was nice because I’m lazy. Ended up getting a second set to set up for when I’m away.

Works well with Amazon Alexa echo dot. Easy to hook up and stays connected.

I purchased the TP-Link-Smart Plug Mini during the Christmas Season to control my Christmas lights via Alexa. Having the ability to speak the word and all my Christmas lights turn on added to my Holiday experience. It also impressed friends and family. Very quick and easy to set-up and enjoy.
