unique design and color, works wonderful , fast !!

Not as easy to set up, but once i did works great.

It works when it works.. Have to power cycle and set it up every 7 days or in couple of weeks.. Then go through entire process of setting up.. The firmware update shows in the app but always error out when you try updating..

I bought these to turn my TV on and off with Alexa, but I forgot that if I use it with my FiOS box, it will reboot. I already have smart bulbs, so I really have no need for these. If I figure what to use them for, I may update my review.

You might be able to find other brands a lot cheaper

I like the product and its capabilities, but the initial setup was quite difficult. I have used many other brand smart devices and didn't have difficulty, but this one was difficult for some reason.

I purchased this as my first smart plug. I had to return because it would not connect with my internet. I don't have the strongest internet service. I hope that others have better luck!

Got 2 of these plugs and both worked great at first, but randomly disconnects and can't reconfigure after multiple attempts. Not sure if it's my house network but help support was poor

I got this cause it was discounted with a purchase of any amazon product from Best Buy. I wish I was able to use it via voice command, We can only use it through the app in the phone and not via voice command...bummer

Have small issue with it coming un-synced a couple times. Just have to unplug and replug it back in to fix. Good for a lamp, or light. Wouldn't plug anything major into it.

Company well known for wi-fi devices. This wi-fi plug has intermittent failure to respond (appears to be disconnected from wifi). Usually responds after a pause, on second or third try.

East set up and easy use but weak signal. Good for indoor use. Not recommended for outdoor. Would not use far from router/access point. Best in mesh WiFi environment.

I have two of these and for some reasons one of them doesn’t always show up on the app which is annoying. But other then that it’s nice being able to turn my lights on before I get home at night.

The set up is easy enough, but keeping a good signal is a big problem. My device won't stay connected to alexa so can't use for the much needed purpose of not climbing behind the couch to turn floor lamp off and on.

so many devices - my fans, air purifier, tv - require you to push the "on" button if you disconnect power. so i found this was really only useful for lights. returned.

I purchased the tpLink to enable me access to my TV from remote control via their app while on vacation to turn it on and off; however it would not link to my WiFi so I return the product to Best Buy for a refund.

Bought to control outside lights. More affordible than security appliances. It does the job, but you do get what you pay for. More expensive systems have more features I wish I had. Someday, I'll upgrade.

I bought this as a gift. It has not been installed yet. But I am expecting it to be a hit based on the reviews. This will be a useful addition to the home.

Overall I think it works ok. It is kind of bulky thought and sometimes has to be reset. I use it with my Alexa and sometimes she has a hard time connect to it. Works ok for the most part though
