Great for Christmas Lights
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use these for the Christmas lights and they work perfectly. I can setup a timer for the Christmas Tree and indoor house Christmas lights and don't need to worry about remembering to turn them on/off. If I want the lights on outside of the normal timed on period, the app is super simple to use. I haven't used them for anything other than Christmas lights, but they were exactly what I was looking for.

Another reason to not leave the sofa
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well with Alexa. Using it to control lighting. Keeping an eye-out for more when they're on sale. I like that it doesn't take up the whole outlet.

Loved that this device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For $5 deal on Black Friday, I couldn’t pass this up. I bought a Dot for $29.99 and this was $5. Works seamlessly with the Echo products. If I’m in the other room, I can tell Alexa to turn off the living room lamp, she turns it off and says OK. Love this!

Great addition
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have several of these and they are great. We schedule them and also use them with Google Assistant. We have automated when we are leaving and when we're coming home. We didn't want to have lots of different apps for each manufacturer, so we stuck with Google Nest for the thermostat and great outdoor cameras, tp link for plugs and light bulbs, unfortunately we have an old house and the light switches can't be installed. We also use wyze for a couple indoor cameras, but it's to keep an eye on our dogs.

Convenient...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The device makes it possible to turn things on and off remotely. You can also schedule it, program it to turn on and off when your away. That’s pretty much what it does if you have Amazon echo even better....you can say Alex turn this on turn this off and you made your self lazy....haha. Yep I bought 6 of these let’s see how long they last. Hope the company doesn’t disappear cause if they do well this may become useless cause the app will go along with it. But let’s not think about that scenario for 29 bucks go get a few and start turning things on and off like a king.

Great little plug
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This plug has been a great addition to the house. It is small enough to not block the second outlet. We love the scheduling feature.

Works great with my new Echo.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this to turn on my bedroom light. It took me a little time to get it working, but this is the first one I set up with my Echo. Next time will definitely be faster. It works great and now I don't have to get out of bed to turn the light on and off.

Works well with Alexa
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish we didn't have to download another app but it takes less than ten minutes to set up through the Kasa app then works well with commands through Alexa. Rarely gets disconnected...but that's probably because of our one, weak router from Spectrum in the front wall of the house. I imagine these will work seamlessly once I set up our Eero mesh kit. Wound up buying two more for us and two for my parents.

Very convenient
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up was a little tricky. Having to sign up for another account just to get this get going it’s a little obnoxious at first. Had to restart the plug about three times before it would be recognized on my network. Once I got it on it has been flawless.

A curse perhaps? Fun 'till dumb?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is nothkng to hate about these little plugs. Just plug whatever you want to turn off or on without any hassle. I have my deep frier plughed into one and my alexa is linked to it. All i gotta do is say "hey alexa, turn on the fryer", after renaming the plug "fryer". Piece of cake. Love it. Though i think having too many of these echo/alexa compatible devices installed all around the house weakens wifi strength for individual devices and the get dumber.

First home smart-plug purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This plug-in device is my first purchase for automating my home! Pretty simple concept. Plug it into the wall plug your light, extension cord, or coffee maker into the plug and off you go! Well, after you connect it to Wi-fi. It was a challenge for me to get it connected because the instructions weren't clear to me, but I was able to get it Wi-fi capable after the 3rd or 4th try. The app is pretty straight forward. I set up a schedule based on the plug coming on when I thought it would be dark in our house and then off when we went to bed on average. There is a physical on/off button as you see in the picture if you need it.
