Had sum issues it stopped working for a minute. I was on the phone with technicians from Kasa Home for like two hours. They couldn’t fix the problem. I took camera back and got a replacement. same issue happened again. But then, I Disconnected it. And tried again two days later and it’s been working just fine since. I don’t know what the problem was but it works beautifully.

Busted and caught on camera

Great clarity and sound and I can monitor it easily from my smart phone. Found the guilty party too. It was the dog. The dog was pooping in the house and blaming it on the cats. I'm so glad I purchased these cameras because I was sending the cats to bed with no treats - and the dog was getting his. So unfair and wrong. Now the cats get to eat their bedtime treats in front of the dog while he's locked in his kennel watching.
