Super easy to set up and use. I like that I don't need a hub for it.

I had been looking at multicolored LED light for some time until a recent sale price caught my eye. I especially liked this product because it was standalone and did not require extra expensive accessories to work. Setting up the phone application was simple. Adding the control link with Alexa was easy and provides a real enhancement. The bulb provides both a wide range of brightness and a huge variety of colors. You can not beat this product for a low cost introduction to some of the possibilities of electronic home control. I made the purchase on the website and picked it up at my local store. This is a really convenient way to shop that has always worked flawlessly for me at Best Buy.

I decided to try this bulb for the first time because it was compatible with Alexa. It was significantly cheaper than the LIFX bulbs which I love and I decided to give it a shot. It was easy to install and to add to my Smart home network. The only problem that I have encountered is that it tends to disconnect and you have to re-added to your wireless network. The color schemes are great, they're bright, and they always wow my guests. I would happily give this five stars if I didn't have to reconnect it. That being said, it is a great bulb and I highly recommend it. Just remember that it's only 800 lm. Most other bulbs are as high as 1100 lm so while it is bright there are ones on the market that are brighter. I am happy with this purchase and will probably buy another one.

Very easy to set up. Just install the bulb, download the App (if not already on your phone), follow the prompts and your done. It took me less than 5 minutes. We linked it to our Google Home and you can change colors and dim to specific percentages with voice commands

I put it in the lamp by where I read and I can turn it on with a few words. The one caution is that you have to be pretty specific about the words but that's reasonable given that it's AI and not a person who can translate the difference between 'make the light red" and "change the color of the light to red". Other than that it's plenty bright for what I need it for and easy to setup.

This bulb is very good. The set up is very easy and you don't need a hub like some of the others. I purchased 2 of them with an echo dot because we don't have a light switch in the living room. we can control it by voice or the app.

Have two bulbs so far, easy to connect them to my home network, and love being able to adjust color, brightness, and have the ability to schedule on/off. Controlling with Alexa also works well, never had a problem with them!

Works really well with my Google home mini. I really enjoy the different color options and the ability to dim the bulb. I also enjoy the app because you can set it to turn on and off at different times.

This is a fun light that is easy to set up. It works with Google Home. I have it in my bedroom and set to wake me up in the morning with a soft sunrise light. Changing the hue of the color is a snap.

These lights are pretty amazing. I have them set in on my chandelier with many custom scene settings. I do recommend updating them when prompted. It will help out with many past issues. Keep in mind that it may not be as bright as other standard bulbs but you sacrifice a bit of that for the color options. What can I say? It's LIT

I now own 4 of these TPLink bulbs and they are the best purchases I’ve made. The app is extremely easy to use. I run many alexa’s Through out my home and that was also very simply to connect. With Alexa I can not only turn on/off but also with voice change colors and brightness. NO hub required for these.

Cheaper than the competition. Great app. Works with Alexa & google home and best part it doesn’t require a hub.

I really am happy with the light. The color isn't exactly accurate or at least doesn't appear as accurate as Hue but these don't require a bridge. the software from TP link is pretty user friendly and the setup was very easy. IFTT is the only way I'm getting the most of the bulbs but I'm ok with that for now. Got it paired up with my google home and now I'm going to make more of my fixtures smart because I don't want to ever touch a light switch again *wink*

This is a well made LED bulb that has so many colors, I have yet to find one it can't do. It's a simple install using the TP-Link Kasa App and either Google Home or Alexa. As you learn the install, don't be frustrated if the 1st attempt doesn't go well, it's an easy reset and install. Once you have the hang of it, adding additional bulbs, switches or outlet smart home TP-Link equipment, the number or Smart Home attachments are unlimited. With a 2 year warranty and a life span that's years, this is a good investment. White, Amber, Colors or dimmed to your choice this is a bulb for all occasions. It's nice to not need a HUB or additional equipment to use this. Other than knowing that TP-Link makes great equipment, the ease of Wi-Fi built in, makes this a first choice for anyone that wants a color choice bulb that works beautifully.

These bulbs are great they can be controlled by voice assistant or by an app. They can change colors or be dimmed by voice or app, the only con is the price could be lower, but if you can get by price you've got a great product.

Love it! The KASA App is awesome. I’ve had no headaches with any of my smart plugs and now with the smart bulb I’m all in with TP Link and the KASA App, an app with endless customization options (like schedule and scenes). The app is easy to use, the bulb is easy to setup, and I have had no issues whatsoever so far. I programmed the bulb to turn on to a specific color just before my alarm goes off in the morning, and to brighten as my alarm goes off. This bulb has been a total game changer in my morning and night routines. The color options have such variety, and it is nice to have in a closet or bedroom setting. You won't regret buying this.

Easy to set up and use, all you need is Wi-Fi and smartphone. No hub required. Nice add on is Amazon echo or Google home. I have 14 bulbs/outlets and they all work great.

Although a little on the expensive side as far as smart LED bulbs go, the capabilities and quality of the bulb is superb. With the smart phone app, you can easily control the brightness and hue of the light. You also have the ability to change it to any party color in the visible light spectrum. Works extremely easy with Alexa and the Amazon Echo and Echo Dot, no hub required. Only downfall is that Alexa can't control the color choice of the bulb. Hopefully a software update down the line can correct the issue. Timers and a circadian mode only add to the features. Easy smart LED bulb to recommend to others.
