    Plugged this into my usb port on my 8 year old computer, and it now can connect to my new wireless modem. Since I changed service providers, I no longer was able to easily connect via CAT-5, so this device solved the problem. It is working from about 25 feet away, and through 3 walls.

    easy to setup. did not require CD to set it up. As soon as i plugged, wifi with name wifi2 was available and i was able to connect to my router.

    Basic upgrade for old desktop or laptop with failing WiFi... Limited 2.4ghz band with 300mbs, real good range ( for the price) doesn’t loose connectivity, very stable and reliable

    I can't believe how cheap this was ye it works well. Admittedly, it is close to router sso i can't opine on how far it works, but it meets my needs and at a great price.

    My wifi on my laptop intermittently fails to locate any available wifi networks. With the adapter, it's easy to install and use. I no longer have to get frustrated trying to locate a wifi network.

    Bought this adapter to replace my old Netgear adapter because the usb was gettung loose and had to be adjusted just to get it to work. Seems like it receives a weaker signal than my netgear but I do like the size of it and that it doesn't stick out too much.

    These were on sale so I purchased a few for work because they boys in the shop were having internet issues with the laptops dropping the signal ect... I decided to try and see if a wifi usb would work better than the built in, it worked, they have not dropped the signal since. It is plug and play, shows up as wifi 2 on windows 10. I just disabled the built in and it defaulted to this. I came back and purchased more for new laptops just in case, I just ran out again. I can't find them again or I would buy more. Hope the next one works as well as this model.

    Fast easy setup right into a USB port. I can take on the go. Comes in handy when a temporary WiFi needs to be set up on a computer without WiFi or when the WiFi router is nonfunctional.
