Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Powerline AV600 Nano Adapter Starter Kit's ease of use and performance, with many praising its simple installation and reliable functionality for tasks such as gaming. Positive feedback also highlights the adapter's ability to extend network range effectively. However, some users experienced occasional connection drops and lag, particularly impacting online gaming experiences. Improvements in connection stability would enhance the overall user experience.

I used these as a last resort on giving my wife's desktop a stable internet connection. After using some WiFi extenders and finding the one's I used didn't work, I gave the TP-Link a try. I managed to keep my wife's desktop from dropping it's internet connection with this product. While it does not give our full 400mbps of fiber speed with Fios, it does keep her internet from dropping since it is connected with ethernet. Great product and would recommend, as always your results may vary.

Very easy to install. Depending on how far you're going, I definitely noticed a download speed drop, but I have 1GB internet so a speed drop was no problem. What it fixed for me was the ping time I was getting using a range extender. This drastically increased responsiveness of using the internet in my office on the other side of my house from the router.

When you don't want to drag a long ethernet cord through your home, this is definitely the way to go! Plug in your ethernet cord from you device (the other to your modem), plug into an outlet, push the pair button and wallah!

these have been pretty reliable, but speed wasn't what i expected. I get about 5Mbps with them. It's good enough to stream to my apple tv with no buffering so I'm satisfied.

All my research indicated that this would be the best solution. In actuality it did not work in my scenario. Not sure why, possibly the backup battery on the circuit(?) I returned this product and purchased a wireless LAN extender ... that worked perfectly.

If you’re buying this for your console such as I did for my series X it’s a must buy I live in a house where everyone uses internet and my room being the furthest from the router so plain internet dosent cut it I bought this plugged it in and booms steady connection from one end of the house to the other it took 2 minutes to set it up I way prefer having a steady connection of 60mbpsrather than an off and on 80mpbs of course my 60mbps drops with the uses of a game running while downloading games but it’s still really good

This product works like a charm. It's very easy to set up. Literally just plug both adapters in the electricity and two more wires: one to the router and one to your chosen device (computer, TV, etc.... Press a button and it instantly hardwire-connects your device to the router. For me, It's meant no more buffering messages on TV while trying to watch Netflix! Great job. I highly recommend it. It's practically fool-proof!

It worked at first but after a few days the connection breaks for a few seconds and then will reestablish, but that few seconds makes life a hassle if you need to be on the internet when it decides to act up.

      Hi Tammy,

Please bear in mind that the theoretical maximum channel data transfer rate of Powerline Adapters is derived from HomePlug AV specifications. Actual data transfer rate will vary from network environment variables including: distance between adapters, network traffic, noise on electrical wires, building material and construction, quality of electrical installation and other adverse conditions.

We recommend following the suggestions outlined in our FAQ here to help optimize the performance of your Powerline connection: http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-409.html

We’d love to follow up with you and answer any questions you might have. Please send an e-mail with your contact information and a copy of this review to [email protected] and we'll gladly have a Support Agent follow up with you directly.

I bought these to help me connect my Nintendo Switch to my wifi because it has difficulty connecting from my room to the router downstairs. This product in combination with a LAN adapter and an ethernet cable resolved the issues I was having instantly! Setting up this product is really simple and easy to use and I believe you can also pair these two with a third one if you have one. It's a good product that served my needs and I don't regret purchasing it.

These work really well, just keep in mind to pair them on the same circuit before you try to install anywhere else. purchased these to connect our pool's control panel to our network (wifi never seemed to work there) - as noted above it was best to pair the devices on the same circuit (two outlets close together) before i moved one of them to the other outlet

Small and uniform, fits easily into a room whilst not being an eyesore. Slipped this behind my desk and behind the table on which my router stands. Decent enough speeds for what I need, definitely not for streaming anything except maybe netflix.
