It’s been working great, I just bought it not long ago so I hope it last for least 4 years through their HS. I’m not a tech expert, my teen had a friend that came over and help set it up for us, if not I could have made appt with Total tech to help set it up since I’m a member.

Technical support deemed that the device was no longer working. They said they would provide me with another. After paying $79.99 for the the device I had to pay an additional $16 for shipping for a replacement. The replacement is a refurbished that they indicated through email. The process on receiving the replacement product took several weeks. Wouldn’t recommend buying this product especially after lasting only two months, paying more out of pocket, and then dealing with the hassle
