Posted .This is definitely not supposed to happen. What you would want to do is contact support. You will want to include any information that could be related, such as intervals, correlating tasks, Usage at the time of the failure, time of day, etc. You will also want to make sure, before you call, that the product is up to date on its firmware and record the light status when the concern happens.
